IM 8 WEEKS OUT FROM NABBA MENS MEDIUM AND NEED SOME HELP ON DIET !!!
HELP ME OUT ALL YOU VETS!!! honestly 8 weeks out and i know how to cut down extremley well extremley fast but i dont want to lose to much muscle , come in to flat or any of that jazz my macros are looking like this
Protien:270-300g
carb: 60-80g
fat: 40-50 g
you guys think my carbs are too low ? i mean for 8 weeks out at least?
im 5'9-5'10 , 190 in the AM bf is at around 12%-10%
routine is looking like this 8 weeks out
Day 1) heavy legs in the AM, back to the gym later at night for some stinging tris
Day 2) heavy back in the AM, volume chest PM
Day 3) heavy shoulders AM , Bi's PM
Day 4) rest
Day 5) volume legs
Day 6)volume back
Day 7) volume shoulders
*shoulders and chest switch every other week so for example if i hit shoulders 2x this week , ill hit it 1 x next week and chest 2x that week
just started cardio 30 mins a day before bed
when i say high volume im talking anwhere from 12-25 reps ( i know big diff) but im stocky already so my body responds well to high volume, although since ive seen such great results from high volume work ive been reluctant to try another approach but im getting to close and too worried to not ask for help so any help would be greatly appreciated!

Everything looks spot on, I would do one alteration; I would up the carbs one day a week to 250 grams so you can fill out and judge your progress better. This will also make things a little bit easier.
On this day I would up the cardio to 1 hour to pull out some of the extra calories you added from the carbs since you do your cardio at night anyway.
Mate PM me.
BigBmajIt's hard to give advice because I've noticed that diet is such a individualized thing. And I don't know what your supplementation looks like. I also don't know what results you are currently getting. If I were training that hard and much I personally would need more carbs. But many people do great with hardly any. I have also noticed that carb cycling works better for me than just running low carbs all day every day. I go by how I'm feeling - if I look super flat and feel weak, Ill have a higher carb day or two, while leaning out.
Another possible option is fasting.
I don't have a lot of experience with contest prep but if I were prepping I'd jump on the intermittent fasting boat. I've never gotten lean so quickly doing anything. I know many people don't like IF but I tried it and didn't feel like I was loosing muscle. I actually did an MRI for body composition and I know I wasn't loosing muscle. They do it at the anti aging clinic here.
Good luck.
