Holly sht I took only 40 mcg today as did days before ! And I fucking love it the shit makes me even stronger and I sweat like a straight fucking monster ! I'm not planing to run at high dosage no more than 80mcg ! Shit I may only take 60 who knows but man it's nice I had to share cuz this is my first cycle using clen or using clen ever and so far I'm loving it !

yeah nitti is right, i had heart palpitations for 2 weeks after stopping a 2 week cycle and i would cramp up every 3 minutes AND im already an anxious person so it made me have anxiety up the wazoo

Clens always been just ehh to me, but this pct i fell in love with it. I never ran it pct before. Clen, keto, amd igf1 lr3. Wow. Never had such a good pct. It was a cutting cycle off test tren mast. i expectes to lose a lot, me and pcts dont do well. I can honestly say im UP +2lbs and mentally i feel great. None of that pct depression. The clen has let me eat A LOT. My diet was dialed in on cycle buy now im just eating sooo much clean and dirty. I have gained a little fat back but it was expected. Easily dropped back off after. The only thing with keto is that it KNOCKS me out. 2mg before bed and in 15min im out cold. Gives me a sleepy hangover next morning. But it keepa the receptors fresh and lets run the clenclen all pct.

I've been researching a lot of different peptides and research chems. Clem is on my list to order. I was reading a study on dat's forum that it has mild anabolic effects after 6 weeks, but for fat loss the effects drop off after 2 weeks. I'm going to be running it 2 weeks on / 2 weeks off.

glad you are enjoying it but remember moderation is key, lowest dose possible while still getting results, just like any other compound.
I ran it for the first time for the last 2 weeks of EBC. I couldnt handle anything more than 40mcg. Got great endurance and a little added strength.
Get some taurine in ya daily and keep your water intake high and keep heart health on your mind when contemplating upping your dose.

I'm up to 180mcg right now. Started out at 40mcg and I was shaking like a leaf. After I got used to it I upped the dosage about 20mcg every day or so and kept upping it as I got used to the sides. I love the stuff. Gives me non-stop energy all day long. I run it for 3 weeks at a time alongside with Keto.
waltr^^ i tried it to see what it was about and had to keep upping my dosage, after a couple days the same 60mcgs wasn't doing it, so i went to 80, and it just kept needing to go up for me to get the same effect. i only used it for a little over a week though, i was just trying to gauge how i'd react to it.
It was the same for me. started at 40mcg after a few days60, few more days 80, then 100mcg before the end of 2 wks. i decided to leave it at 100mcg because i figured anymore than that was just too high. at the end of the 2 wks the 100mcg felt fine, no real shakes, sleeping issues or sweating...ill try again in about 3 wks time.

I don't think I really get any strength increases but I know my endurance seems to increase. With all of the extra energy from it I can do some pretty long gym sessions, which should help to translate into some more muscle and burn some extra fat. I have to drink lots of water with BCAA's. Seem to be thirsty all the time and I do sweat like a pig when I am using it.
