I used to spend most of my day in this thread helping guys out and learning, now i hardly come in here and i think its that way for many of the vets. personally im tired of reading about the proposed cycle of this and that and "my diet is on point" and ive been training for x number of years and ive ran these compounds before! well it dont take a brain scientist to look at your post and see that compounds arent matching, cycle lengths arent matching, weight dont match and niether does body fat for a guy that has all this experience. And almost every time i say post up diet and a pic I get nothing, no response just act like they didnt see the questions and go on to the next guy that has offered a little advice and try to pick his brain.....well guess what I dont believe you! if you want help then post a picture and your diet with your stats and cycle history. put the links to your picture in your thread so we can see that you aint full of shit and then some of the vets will be more prone to help you.

yeah and some people just make up bodyfat % it seems lol. You see guys that look like they are 30% bf and they think they are 12% who the fuck told them they were 12%??

the truth is because lots of people on this site say you need to be 12% to run a cycle before giving out advice. This causes many people to not list their bodyfat percent when asking questions because they think the only responses they are going to get is "get the bodyfat down before starting your cycle"

well lets be honest does everyone wait till they are below 12% to start their cycle? Hell no most people dont.
This causes people to not list it in hopes that no one will notice. Personally I think this is dumb, most people are usually 12-20% with majority about 14-16%. Who the hell came up with 12% anyways? How many people do you know running gear above 12% ?? A LOT

but I agree, pics are better than listing stats because we all know people lie when they list they are "12%"

So your saying I shouldn't run my D-bol and Var oral only cycle? I'm 17 my bf is like 4% and I've been lifting for 10 years, I do HIT now cause I hit a plateau. Oh and All i eat is chicken and pop tarts.

co-signing, im not into it much, seems like more and more im calling bullshit. everybody gots an excuse or justification as to why they are doing something. why the fuck do you come ask for cycle critique if you dont want the truth!.....and whats the truth? well the truth is if you post a pic, diet, cycle experience, and goals we can give you some really damn good advice on meeting those goals. thats all im saying, if you really want good advice then post up!

At least you leave it alone...I see these threads and rage. Not that I have a ton of experience lol but it is always funny when theyre like oh my diet is on point. Okay then go ahead and post your diet so we can all learn. And theyre never to be seen again!

Got no problem with this post. Doesn't look like an unreasonable requests...anyone can BS all the other stuff, which doesn't seem to add up. Post a pic so people can see what they're really working with. If they are who they say they are, they have nothing to hide...for all you know the person who won't post is some 19 year old, skinny kid who's an expert at BSing. Maybe this oughta be part of the advice protocol besides asking for stats, cycle history and diet.
