+ 1 Full on Puff Off Season Bulk Test/Deca/Slin :)

240lb 19" arms Bulk holding a bunch of water i'm experimenting with slin so i'm getting the carb maintenance down as we speak going to start my conditioning this week hope this makes some New nice gains

Meal#1
2 cups Organic oats Gluten free 2 tsp Flax seed 2-3 tsp coconut oil
7-8 Egg whites

Meal#2
1 large Yam 8 oz Chicken Breast with veggies

Meal#3
½ cup Brown Rice Organic Gluten Free 8 oz Chicken Breast with veggies

Meal#4 (Per Workout Meal)
½ cup Brown Rice Organic Gluten Free 8 oz Chicken Breast with veggies

Post Workout Protocol 15-20 min after application
(Slin rule is 1iu per 20lb of lean body weight and 10grams of Carbs per iu so my lean body is 181Lb last time i checked i haven’t checked recently though but however according to that weight i should be taking 9iu in theory but ill stick to Low iu’s of Slin for now it's working pretty well and this is my first time trying it I’m at 4iu Humalin-R with Karbolyn just on workout day for post. (Pumps are fkn sick btw muscles full of glycogen )

Meal#5
(Sugar will drop in approx 2hr so this is why I chose white rice to give me a spike)
1 cup White Rice 6oz Chicken Breast

Meal#6
6 oz Tilapia with veggies 1-2 Cups Organic Oats 2 tsp Flax seeds (I'll take out oats once i start cutter this is just for bulk)

LOL your to kind brother i look like a powerlifting toad hahahahah!!!!!!!!!!! this is my offseason approach so i don't mind the puff i'm looking to make some new muscle this time around i think i got to small in my last pack i pulled in so i'm going to drop weight really slow this time i'll keep ya'll posted.
