yeh forsure lol i'm still trying to get lower on the bf% although i am kinda timid of adding cardio i don't wanna shrink
keep it under 30 min and you won't shrink.. start with 15-20 min every 3 days (cardiac threshold is 72 hours).. your cardio vascular system is one of the support systems for your muscles.
oh yeah there are emerging studies that concern bodybuilders and it seems cardio should be done on days separate of weight training optimally. or if you must on same day due to schedule try doing it at different times.. so if you do weights in morning then do it later on afternoon or evening.. if you do weights in afternoon or evening then do cardio in morning.. personally I do mine on off days as my current split is rotational 2 on, 1 off..

Thanks Mar think i'll get back on the stair master tomorrow and incorporate this to my routine so i do high intensity for the 30 min
we get comfortable with a machine and think yeah it's hard so I'm do that, but just like your workouts you gotta switch it up.. consider stationary bike for 15min. maan, that will help out with the pip you might be dealing with lol (glutes and quads get pumped on that thing).. elliptical is easy and has lots of adjustments to play with, if your gym has ARC trainers and AMT's they're useful also..
me personally, I have athletics in my blood, I like to run.. I'll typically knock out a 5k in well under 30min. (no matter if I hit my distance or not I make sure I'm done by 25min. and use the remaining time to walk) but hey not everyone likes running just putting that out there.. it's a great cardio and just requires a good pair of shoes and sum nuts. 15min is plenty in most cases and I do that for my shorter runs.

if your schedule allows for it I would try doing seperate of your weight training sessions and start with only 20 mins. it's so easy goes by quick, plus as you already pointed out short duration opens up HITT.
