hcg: 20mgs of nolva a day or nolva at signs of gyno

So im on 50mgs of dbol for five weeks and 250 test e twice a week. I am starting hcg at 250 ius every 3rd or 4th day. I also take arimidex .25mgs ed. I read that you should always take nolva when taking hcg. My question is is should i take the nolva from first shot of hcg or should i wait to see if i have any signs of gyno. And if i do take it from day one is 10mgs a day enough? And can i take nolva and arimidex at the same time? Thanks guys

Adex and Nolva don't mix well together.. Run Aromasin along with Nolva and Clomid for your PCT
You would be better off using an AI on cycle instead of a SERM. Adex or aromasin would be good choices. By controlling your E2 on cycle with an AI you shouldnt have to worry about gyno, in regards to your "or nolva at signs of gyno" question..... IMO prevention is always better than treatment, why let somethig happen that can be prevented ?
Nolva you do take during cycle. It is a great drug to help with minimal, if any, drawbacks. However, watch how much you take as nolvadex has been shown to significantly reduce natural gh levels within 48-72 hours of ingestion. Don't take more than necessary. My rule of thumb is no more than 20mgs a day or I will get on adex or something similar.
Just fyi, watch how long you take clomid as it can screw up your lh or fsh levels bad. Don't take more than a month or 100mgs a day.
I would highly recommend you check out these compounds and what happens when combining them medically. These are not compounds we just randomly take or put together.

Really? From whaf i have read many times over hcg and nolva go hand in hand. Not even for gyno symtom? I have read this a lot of places
