Yeah I'd really like to het that bf down to see more abb. N work on outer sweep of my quad n get some seperation in there. Cause I'm tall I think that looks better. The x frame. I've really worked hard on my latt width cause I alwata had such a gut n love handles. That I thought it wouod help. I'm 250 n do al wide grip pull up n chins. 8-12 range.
