+ 2 Protein Pancakes Recipe

In offseason my lady and I enjoy making our diets pleasant on the weekend by creating Protein snacks here is one of my favorite she came up with Iso Pancakes
2 scoops Iso-Flex Protein
1/2 cup soy flour gluten free or Almond flour
1-2 tsp coconut oil
1/2 Stevia Or less depending on desire
1 cup almond milk or more depending on consistency
Then Mix!!!!!!!!!!

sgtstedankoboom! I love protein anything, brother. Personally, when I make these. I buy bulk & use un-flavored whey concentrate to cook with. I also use buckwheat flour, goats milk, mct or sometimes flax oil. & add blueberries...
yeah those are all good ingredients if you go to an organic market you can find all sorts of good ideas for your formulas i'll post some more soon i have muffin. pancakes, cookies, cakes just different tricks to keep us on track

yeh the water ones are leaner but the Almond milk gives them that fluff
