ad

ok guys, i'm new to the forum and looking for some much needed advice and guidance. ok, i'm 33 years old, 6'3 and 210 lbs. Five months ago i was put on testosterone cypionate 250mg for low t. So i do one shot a week (250mg). I started working out about a month before i was put test. i have a pretty good workout routine going, 4-5 days a week. S0 with that all said I've gotten some gains but not much. So that brings me here asking you guys for help. i'm gonna make a order within the next week. what do you guys recommend for big gains, stacking and dosages per week. I'm taking this very serious and would like to get some valuable advice. Thanks for listening and look forward for responses!

hrt specialist will still do test replacement protocols. only they will take a more holistic approach in terms of estrogen control and gonadatropin supplementation for fertility and atrophy issues.

thanks alloneword for the advice! i have another question, if i'm on hrt for low t ( the dr. said it was really low) then how would i go about pct? if my natural t is really low and i'm supposed to be on cyp to keep my levels up would i still do a normal pct?

Doss's picture

You said HRT but what you described is more or less TRT. My HRT specialist prescribed cyp, aromasin, and hcg. The hcg was for fertility and testicular atrophy.

You wouldn't PCT. you would just go back to your HRT dose.

If you've only been working out for 6 months and the gains are coming to a stop, it's not because you're lacking gear. You need to dial your diet, form, and conditioning down before cycling. I promise that in 6 months of training you've only just seen the tip of the iceberg in gains. Additionally when cycling you'll be adding muscle onto ligaments and tendons that are not accustomed to moving as much weight. This makes injury more probable, especially if your form is not perfected.
