i just purchased var for my wife and could use advise

i could use some advise on a womans cycle of var. she will be taking 5 mg twice a day. how long of a cycle should she run? i could use any womans experience with a var cycle. like what to expect, how long of a cycle to run, what to look out for, is pct needed, ect. i love my wife and it would kill me if i gave her something that hurt her.

and make sure she gets some Labs done precycle.. I forgot to put it in that write up on the beginner cycle..
what would the labs be looking for. is it to make sure everything is normal?
You want to have a baseline and yes make sure everything is in normal limits...
