Ive completed 2 deca and test cycles. Now im thinking about doing a tren and mast cycle. What would be a good dosage? Was taking deca at 1000mg a week and test e at 1500mg a week

personally bro I would suggest the stairstepper or treadmill at 1 hour, 3 days every week. those are my doses! seriously though you need to bring that BF down before you even THINK of hopping back on. Also go and get bloodwork especially after the deca use.

1000mgs of deca is unneccesary!, hope you done a massive proper pct that was on point and ran perfect! if not go to a doctor mate. if your dead set on running a tren cycle, i wouldnt bother with the mast, i would do tren and test only, such as tren @ 600 test @ 400 thats just my opinion, youd be better of having a long break though!

Bodyfat is 28%?!!.. Bro jay cutler is around 300lbs but his bodyfat is below 10%... IMO u shouldnt even be on gear if ur bodyfat is that high

well jay cutler is a monster lmao.. dude 28% is way way way to high! You need to drop the body fat.. I won't touch a cycle unless im 12% or less... You want lean mass and not just dirty bulk.. Sounds to me like your biggest issue is work in the kitchen.. I think tren and deca are out of the question for now.. If you want to try something new.. Diet for 6-8 weeks and try to hit 15% body fat or less then look into trying a test/eq cycle or test/mast cycle.. If you have to do something like deca or tren i would lean towards deca for now until your 5-8 cycles deep.. Others will even tell you 10 cycles before you try tren

Agree 100% - You shouldn't be running gear at all. 28%BF at 225lbs means you're carrying over 60lbs of fat. When you realise the OP is therefore only 165lbs of lean weight, diet is the way to go here, not steroids.

Was trying to put on alot of size. Im 27, 5'10" , 225. I wanna get up to around 300ibs. I was taking test e at 900mg a wk, and deca at 750mg. Then some of the guys I was lifting with told me to crank it up. So I want to stay ripped while I climb in weight. Id like to do a tren a, test e and mast e cycle. Or should i go back with another deca and test? Open to all suggestions so I can research properly

The guys your lifting with are going over kill.. the issue is you might need TRT if you keep abusing high doses of roids... Most here will tell you don't use deca or tren for a first or even third cycle because the shut down is harsher from both being 19nors.. I'm also hoping you used some sort of prolactin inhibitor with your deca.. If you're not sure what that is look it up because it's a biggy!.. Finally 300 lbs sounds rediculous.. unless your really fat or an absolute monster.. You should look into getting your body fat % checked which will help us with helping you

+1. I would go so far as to say you probably dont een really need tren unless you're competing (but thats a whole different argument). Stick with test and deca at reasonable doses. No need to go overkill especially if you're still gaining. maybe throw in some drol or something. Also you need to get bloodwork in order to know if you're really recovered. you might be surprised...

As in you've only done 2 cycles over all? Gotta be more specific.. Preferably you add 1 compound at a time per cycle
