First 2 pics are pumped, last 2 are before bed not pumped. morning weight strait out of bed is 258-259. ive made great strength gains and gained 3/4 of an inch on my arms and there now SLIGHTLY over 20inches. im sitting down in the one pic and as you can see my abs have almost completely subsided, and are just barely visible standing up. now im going to dedicate my next 3 or 4 months to cutting this extra weight off and hopefully getting down to 8 or 9% bodyfat. im cutting carbs to 70 - 100 per day (maybe lower, havnt decided yet) and switching all my protien sources to very clean sources: chicken, fish, alot of almonds because i love them, protien shakes, and lots of eggs. i turn 19 in a month. id like to be 255 at 7 or 8 percent bf by 20yrs old. think i can do it?

Bc when I was 14 and 15yrs old; I had a great friend we will call Rob, He was huge!
The kid looked like he shot Tren/test all day
(we didn't even know what that was) but he never used anything, I basically lived with him we shared women (no homo) and everything!
Some people can have special genetics!

He was Italian, ate like a horse, lifted hard and got my small ass into lifting and exercise!
We don't talk now but this is the shout out!

Anyways I think your an amazing example of the ultimate Body builder and I TRULY BELIEVE you have THE MOST potential of anyone on this site!
You need to think about taking it the next level now so by 22 or 23 you can step on the national and international stages!
You could be the next Mr. Olympia!!

Thank you very much sir, I truly appreciate it! I'm glad someone else understands! And thanks for believing I have potential! I think I do too and there's nothing I love more than lifting so I think that once I get out of college in a couple years I'm going to focus my entire life on bodybuilding and will likely start steroids. I'd love to step on stage someday but right now I don't have the time to hone in on all the details of precontest prep and whatever else it requires. I was also considering powerlifting, I am somewhat strong and I'm probably Bill Kazmiaer's biggest fan lol. It's always something I wanted to do to! anyways thank you again sir!

To learn for when i do decide to take steroids and talk to people that have similar hobbies as me. Just because someone is on eroids don't mean they take steroids. Isnt this the perfect place for someone to come before they take steroids or do we all have to be on steroids to create a profile now?

Seriously 258 lbs at 19 years old with 20inch arms at 6'1 that's a fuckin stretch. I don't know of any top highschool football recruits that weigh 260 and are 6'1" with your frame. I'd say at most you look 225. You look like a defensive end, but you aren't fat enough to be a linebacker or lineman. But, defensive ends of comparable weight are 6'5" or taller.

Still looking big. I just don't buy your numbers. Either you are much taller, or you don't weigh that much.

My graduating class had under 30 people and my school was so small we didn't have football or wrestling. So I never played football anyways

When I go to get my blood work I'll take pictures of the height and weight scale too lol. It's hard to tell maybe from the pics but I'm very thick. I got measured for my tux for prom (my gf is a senior in highschool) and my chest (measured under my armpits, around my lower chest and upper lats) measures 56 inches, so I'm on the thicker side I think.

Do you know how many people would love to be a lean 155 at 5'10" like you are? Most ppl are either 5'4 at 330lbs and can't lose weight or 6'3" at 140lbs and skinny. you obviously have good lean genetics with those numbers man. Just keep slamming weights and adjusting diet dude

Here is a video of pro bodybuilders before and after steroids. One of the pics is lou ferrigno (a great bodybuilder IMO) when he competed naturally, he looks half your size. But who knows right? Maybe you can be the new ronnie if u can do all that natty

Yes but I think many of these ppl did not have serious lifting as part of there every day life at an early age. Lou and Phil heath both played basketball in high school as seniors and that sport does not involve serious lifting and dieting. The optimal bball player is "skinny". Also most of these before pics were likely around the time when they just started lifting (within a year or 2), or even before they started lifting. I have been lifting since 9 years old (not 100 percent serious) than at 14 I started a workout regimine and diet and have been 100 percent serious every day for 5 years, where many of these ppl in the video had probably just started.

Yes you did make very valid points and I completely understand where your comming from. I'm not here to insult anyone or lie. Ive honestly never toutched any performance enhancers or any type of enhancing drug. I have a lot of respect for u sir, most don't have the nuts to say anything when a questionable situation comes up. And I seen some of your pictures also, and from the looks of things you do look like you are killing it in the gym as well! Props to you sir!

Only supplement I take is n. o. Xplode. I take a multivitamin in the am and 1 before bed. Also take one 500 mg niacin cap because my family has a history of EXTREEMLY high cholesterol so I'm trying to prevent any early problems.

No natural bodybuilder gets that big. And no natural bodybuilder can stay in the gym 3-4 hours a day and look like that.

I promise on my life, my moms life, and my dads life that I'm natural sir. I'll go get blood work soon to show you. I'm not sure how else to prove it? And I don't consider myself a bodybuilder, I just enjoy lifting. It's something my dad had me doing since very very young. I love it but it's just a hobby. And I spend that much time because i don't know of any better feeling than thinking I'm making progress. Maybe I'm not making progress, but atleast I can say I tried.

That's great that u enjoy lifting. But iv'e never seen or heard of someone getting to that size without the use of performance enhancers. And IF u really are natural then u definitely should not be in the gym for that long, it's counterproductive. You grow outside of the gym, working out just stimulates the muscle, so being in the gym for so long causes overtraining, enhanced or not the CNS can only handle so much.

Yeah I've read and heard a lot about overtraining and I've heard a lot of ppl say I'm spending too much time in the gym but I've found tht I need to be sore the following days after a workout to gain anything, and if I'm not sore than I did not do enough that day. So if it takes 3.5 hours to get sore than I'll stay 3.5 hours and no less. But everyone is different so I'm sure this does not apply to all

I would like to but Itll have to wait till I'm out of college. I've suggested it to my parents and they shot me down and told me that I after I get thru school I can do whatever I want. So it's a possibility but not for a few years. I would love to tho. Thanks for the compliments sir!

Why spend so much time in the gym though? It's not even benefiting u to stay in there so long, even on cycle it's best to keep your gym time up to an hour max. Go in tear it up and get the fuck out. What do u think you're gaining by staying the extra 2-3 hours?

If your sweet spot is "1 hour max" than great, you keep doing what your doing. But I am not you, neither is anyone else. Andthats why we all have our own sweet spots and we all go to the gym for different ammounts of time, do different workouts, and eat differently. I do "tear it up and get the fuck out" but I tear it up for a little longer than you I guess. Whatever works

Sweet spot? Studies show that there is a rise in cortisol after 45 minutes into your workout. Not just me, everyone.

Wow, 3-4 hrs a day in the gym training naturally? Cause I always thought anything more than an hour to an hour and a half hitting the weights naturally is a no no and ur body would go catabolic... but what do I know right? ;-) guess u have the god given genetics lol

No your 100 percent right. I take either 2 apples or a bag of almonds and eat half way thru my workouts because usually after about 1.5 or 2 hours I'm so hungry I feel like dying. Gives me the energy I need to keep going

If that's what works for u i guess. Ur getting away with it now cause ur young, won't be the same once u get older, trust me. Me personally 1 1/2 to 2 hrs...anything more and i wanna kill everyone in the gym especially during rush hour..it's gotten so bad that i joined a 24hr gym and now train at 3-4am cause it's empty and i have the gym to myself! Yay!

Lol thats exactly what I do. I work 3 to 1130 then get to the gym by midnight. It's the best time since there's never anyone there
