Best type of protein for cutting
ad
Hey guys,
Need a little advice on which type of protein to use whilst cutting. I'm currently on a keto diet and need to know whether I should be using a fast acting protein between meals or a blend. There are also the so called Diet proteins out there on the market.
Any input appreciated!

Whey hydrolyzed or pro complex from optimum nutrition. Both have low carbs and high protein content and go down easily with water. But limit yourself to one shake a day. The rest will come from whole foods as level has stated.
Ricky BarnettThanks for your input, I was kind of thinking going with a whey isolate/ hydro. Now you guys have confirmed that also. Time to go shopping!!
Whey isolate, but your protein should come mainly from whole foods, while cutting fish and chicken mostly with occasional beef for a nice energy boost
Ricky BarnettCheers for your input. Now correct me if I'm wrong but going for 1 shake a day is this for bloat reasons as I've heard keeping to whole foods will give you a more solid finish at the end of a cut.
Whole foods will guarantee your nutrient intake and the body responds much much better to whole foods. Most protein shakes don't even fully digest.
Ricky BarnettMakes sense to me. Looks like the butchers will also be getting some of my hard earned dollars also.
Thanks again
The butcher is the best way to go brother. But it's money very well spent!
