Igf-1 lr3 beginning of cycle and pct?

So I just started a cycle of 600mg test-e for 12 weeks i was thinking of do 4 weeks on igf 50mcg bi-laterally postworkout only on work out days . And then starting after the last test shot throughout pct. My thoughts are the igf will increase muscle cells and aid in burning fat in the beginning and then help me keep my gains pct.

WithdrawlI just reviewed some Igf-1 Lr3. You can check that out under "reviews" in my profile. 40-50mcg post workout would be perfect in my opinion. And yes I highly recommend it during PCT. I'll never PCT without it after having used it for a 5 week run. During cycle sure as hell wouldn't hurt either. Just make sure you have at least 4 weeks off from it. 4-6 weeks on and 4-6 weeks off is pretty standard.
I've used ifg-lr3 after my past two cycles and I have found it does help considerably not only keeping gains but also making gains post cycle. I've never ran IGF during a cycle but it seems like they would have synergistic effects. I know some compound increase IGF levels like tren.
AnonYea thats what i wanna hear. What doseage did u run? And did u do it ed? Or just on training days
Both times I ran at 30mcgs ED., 7 days a week. I workout 7 days a week. Two of those days are heavy cardio and ab work. The other five days are light cardio and heavy weight training.
Dosing
30mcgs, 7 days a week, generally PW but if I feel I need an extra boost then pre-workout. I also administer sub-q. I found that I bruise too much when I site injecting IGF-LR3 and IGF-DES. I reconstitute with AA and BAC water so that might be why. I tried to dilute the AA with more BAC water before injecting but I still sometimes bruises. And the idea behind IGF-LR3 is that it is in your system for a long period of time so the drug is circulating throughout the body. So if you inject sub-q the IGF will reach all of your muscles.
Current cycle
My current cycle I'm running IGF-LR3/IGF-DES/PEG-MGF/Ostarine. I'm finishing my fifth week and I've had great results. Definitely noticing site improvements and I've keep all my gains from my previous AAS cycle. I also have broken some PRs in the gym! Bellow is a link to my peptide cycle log if you're interested

AnonI have one day off a week i was always taught that muscles that don't rest don't grow. But to each his own i guess. So would you say to not do it on the day off or just do it anyway? I know igf is supposed to have a half life around 24-36 hrs
I'm deff considering sub-q for the off day but i kinda like the IM injections on the muscles worked out plus i haven't had any bruising and i recomp with AA as well but only use little bac water. I dont mind the sting. I'm kinda sick i enjoy pain i guess thats why im tatted up lol.
I deff appreciate the info tho cause there's not as much info on peptides as id like to see.
If I was running your routine I would take it on my off day also.
