T3 vs T3 & T4 does the T4 really make a difference in fat burning
ad
Is T3 alone as potent as T3 & T4? Throw Ephidrine or Clen is as well if you feel it makes a better fat burning combo.

AnonI have hypothyroidism and am on 75mcg of t4 (Levothyroxine) per day when I was first put on it I lost 27lbs in like 3 weeks it is more powerful for someone who has thyroid problems than someone who doesn't I was over 330lbs believe it or not it didn't matter what exercises I did or how much I worked out or what my diet was I couldn't lose a pound. It's strange how such a small thing can control something as huge as our metabolism. I went down to 240 before I used any gear and now 209lbs it really is an important hormone
in a very simple version, the body converts t4 to t3 as needed. so u cannot force the body to take a shit load of t4 and expect it to turn it into t3,,,it simply does not need to so it wont.
t4 is a useful drug but from the typical bodybuilder fatloss competition point of view then taking t3 at high doses throughout the day would render t4 more useless
SpyVNothing wrong with T3, but it is a medication that needs to be tapered. Natural thyroid production will not be shut down because of its use - suppressed, yes. If you were to taper up to 100mcg of T3 a day and come off suddenly you would find yourself like a slug for awhile, but your thyroid would upregulate again to appropriate levels.
T4 is believed to be more muscle sparing and more synergistic with GH use then T3. It's probably fairly important to note that a highly restricted diet could reduce the amount of the enzyme (deiodinase) that is responsible for converting T4 to T3 - so may well be more effective for cutting purposes just to roll with T3.
Taking both together would be hard to predict in a lot of ways, and if anything silly. If your goal was purely to cut then simply run a greater amount of T3, or cycle it more frequently.
As far as Ephedrine and Clen are concerned, I'd rather use T3 and Ephedrine (not together). Clen has its place, but I just straight don't like it (coming from someone who has used DNP as well).
WithdrawlAs I've always understood it, your body converts T4 into T3.. T4 is considered safer but less effective. I think 100mcg of T4 is equal to approximately 25mcg of T3. I've always been told T4 is less suppressive to your thyroid because your body converts it into T3. So theoretically T4 would be a safer choice if taking something that suppressed your thyroid a little (like HGH or Tren as some say occurs.) But T3 is the better choice if you're looking to accelerate weight loss as much as possible.
Whitedime1Thanks buddy. Great explanation
I never saw a reason to combine them. T4 is just a slower t3
Whitedime1I know we naturally produce both. What T4s role then in thyroid functionality
Whitedime1Come on guys I know someone can help with this question
lol. be patient son.
Whitedime1Seems like most don't really know these hormones to well. I went on other sites and the info differs greatly
