Typed this up real quick because I'm short on time but I think it needed to be pointed out!!

So I've noticed this same issue every year.. The dreaded new years resolution crowd.. The gyms flood with all kinds of people and finding a free bench can be difficult!! But forums are not booming with noobies just yet.. Slowly these gyms become more and more barren as the months pass - great for us!.. Then we start to hit the warmer season around spring AND THEY"RE BACK AT THE GYM!! But nothing changes and they might be even fatter..lol! It's just like when you were in school and you waited last minute to work on that project or study for that exam (procrastination is a bitch we've all done it).. You're just not prepared for the next day.. Same thing with this group and the gym.. So you get jacked up on caffeine and pull an all nighter and prlly flunk the test the next day just from being exhausted anyways.. You just burned yourself out and gained nothing from it.. Shit, you might have made a better grade if you just studied half the material and got the sleep you needed huh? I think most of you already know where I'm going with this.. WELL same thing with spring time.. You didn't meet your new years resolution in the gym.. It's time for the beach all the others must be shredded and ripped and your still carrying around that fat and minimal muscle.. YOU PROCRASTINATED AGAIN!!! So how do you fix this? Well you scour the internet looking for a quick fix and guess what comes up?? Tren is usually the first.. but it doesn't stop there.. after a few hours you've prlly found a serious body building cocktail of steroids to get ripped shredded and everrrrrry thing you could ever want, I mean damn your gonna look good for every one at the beach right? WRONG! You ARE going to burn out just like you did on that exam.. I have seen way to many guys blow up from these "quick fix cycles" and crash terribly.. Your body wasn't ready, your diet wasn't ready and lets face it you just procrastinated again.. So yeah, you're welcome to try the quick fix.. burn out.. look like shit 4 weeks after your cycle (possibly worse than when you started).. lose your hair.. maybe even milk yourself (tren does that).. If you can't hit your goal with just test alone tren is NOT going to get you to that goal any faster.. Any one who tells you otherwise is full of shit.. trens not as great as people make it out to be first off. if you haven't nailed down how to make gains off of a normal cycle and keep them then it will be much harder to keep gains from tren and once again crash and burn. Or we can take a step into adulthood and realize it's a stupid decision.. Own up to the fact "I procrastinated again!" and just start working out and dieting right now.. I'm not saying you can't cycle but I am saying tren is not going to be your quick fix. You've made it to this site and you have so much information at your finger tips so take advantage of it.. Don't repeat the same mistake you made on that exam because the consequences will be far worse than flunking an exam. Plus you have all summer to get in decent shape.. There is no excuse to be rushing right now!!

There is an extremely small number of New Year resolutioners that make it past the first few months and really dedicate themselves. I agree with everyone looking for a quick fix. Even after you educate and tell them they will lose their gains, they still dont care. As long as they look good at the beach and clubs for the summer. Tren can do amazing things when it comes to changing your physique as well as Test. If you dont have the proper foundation and knowledge then AAS will not help you much. There is a wealth of knowledge on this forum alone to help get a good understanding of doing cycles, diet, and training. Unfortunately, thats todays mentality. They want it now.

I mean I've seen guys come off the quick fix cycles (which tend to be more brutal) and within a few months after pct they look worse than before they started the cycle LOL

lol thanks guys, there just seems to always be a ton of guys this time of year jumping the gun you know.. And I completely get why.. I mean I'd love to go bat sht crazy with my doses and walk around in god mode for a few months.. But I know I'll regret it later.. I've never had a good experience after a cycle that I was not prepared for (physically and mentally).. This last cycle was my first tren cycle and i felt prepared.. But even then I sat in a funk after PCT for a while (You think tren sides are bad, get a nice shut down going and jump off - two diff worlds).. I can't imagine if i jumped into that cycle 2nd or 3rd cycle ahhh.. But if someone reads this and doesn't listen now.. You'll remember this post after =]

Yeah i remember when it really hit me how important food was.. I did the whole smoothy thing.. peanut butter, protein powder, spinach, cottage cheese, strawberries, blue berries with milk and I blew up.. I mean all lifts went up too fast without roids in fact i was in PCT and I felt huge.. granted I was losing definition but it's a awesome feeling being all carbed up for a pre work out roids or not

Yeah almost feels like your on cycle when your carbed up! I've never tried getting sponsored sounds pretty awesome

Ahh I don't have that happen as much because I go late at night most of the time to avoid crowds.. I love having the gym all to myself it's so relaxing.. Once I get moved into my new place I'm really gonna hit all my weak points hard.. gym times hasn't been as often as I'd like with the moving.

Bah you'll make much better gains off something that has you relaxed.. Makes training easier, dieting easier and life easier.. So the gains will come
