My cutting diet
Hey wats up guys im posting this diet cause obviously need little help Im currently on cycle so I can get away with almost nothing to eat but we all know thats not good , here it goes im on a 2282 cal... maintnance is 2700....
1st meal 2 egg whites 2 whole eggs 2 slices bread
work out
after glow post work out
2nd meal protein shake
3rd meal 8oz steak or chicken 2/3 cup brown rice
4th meal protein shake
5th meal 8oz steak or chicken 2/3 brown rice
only drinking water all day about a gallon
this consist of
2282 calories
89 g fat
142 g carbs
232 g protein
after glow post work out
getting stronger by the day one week a loose a pound or two the other week i gain it but it looks like is muscle cause waist line is not growing,,,,,Guys help me tweek this diet to help me cut faster and thank you all..........

I would really add some fruit/veggies to get your micros in, they are important too.
Other than that it is easy, bigger calorie deficit = more weight loss.
By the way, what drugs are you on? They can influency your weight big time.
You are taking more protein and carbs. You also need some raw veggies foods along with these protein and carbs diet to get more effective diet for the weight management.
Also eat some fresh fruits and raw vegetables in at least two servings of the day to get more nutrition and vitamins in your diet.

my bad took long my work out is like this
monday chest shoulders tris and traps heavy reps 10-12
tuesday back bi's and fore arms light reps 20-30
wednesday legs heavy 10-12
thursday chest shoulders tri's traps light reps 20-30
friday back bi's fore arms heavy reps 10-12
saturday legs light reps 40-50
i mix it up all the time and go up in weight every set regardless if it is heavy or light
