+ 11 Bulking 6 weeks in! Broke 200lb!!!

That's right ol cheat is trying to grow into the monster category lol. Broke 200lbs last week fluctuating between 199-203 depending on day. Strength has gone up significantly deca is in full swing and eq is kicking in. Still got 14 more weeks to grow like a weed lol. My back lat is growing and delts are starting to really cap!

Haha no way that would be solid gains man. Probably like 12-15 lbs of water but its all apart of the process.
BostonIm with junkie...i see a nice amount of change in your arms and delts. The most muscular pose is where i notice it the most. Doing great man. Gaining size is so much easier than cutting IMO! That ebc cutter was hell for me lol. +1

BostonBrother i've changed my cycle up food wise so much it's not even funny. I work so much and have so much going on with my family that i dont always have time to get in 6-7 good meals per day. So i have decided that even bullshit calories is better than no calories. Im eating everything i can to get them calories. If i gotta stop by mcdonalds or grab a pizza, im fuckin doing it, im getting my calorie mark for the day. Yeah, im getting some fat, but wow im stronger now than ever before. Im up to 222lbs...i hope theres at least a few pounds of lean tissue in there lol. Im gonna post a few pics next week.
Thats the way to bulk bro! Yes clean eating is Important.... BUt if you are missing meals you are losing muscle... Im really lucky on my schedule. I work from 4:00 pm to 4:30 am breaks @ 6, 9, 12, 2, 1 meal before work and 1 after... I couldnt ask for a better schedule!
Dude tbh that's the way its gotta be on a bulk! I eat pizza,ice cream,pasta,burger chocolate shakes all types of stuff to get it in. And I have been staying lean and throwing up some weight. I am excited to see your progress bro!

Nice, just my thoughts on diet & what's working well for me but take your body weight X 2 the divide by the # of hours your awake in the day. Take in said grams of protein per hour. I see great gains in bulking with that diet.

It's ALOT of work in the kitchen that's for sure! So far the gear is amazing and have rani to zero pip problems just started the 500mg/ml and ill see shortly if there was any pip. Other than that been nothing but fire.
I spend most of my time at home in the kitchen. I understand this haha. I'm in the military so I need to prep ALL of my meals and shakes the day prior.
I just invested in some cheap Tupperware!! The kind you can use & use & afford to lose.
Egg whites, cottage cheese with mixed berries, deer & bison, tuna comes in packs!!
I would say Turkey bacon but the fat content is terrible
The funny thing is you take Tupperware for granted till you start to bodybuild. I live mylife in a tupper ware set lol.
