+ 11 Bulking 6 weeks in! Broke 200lb!!!

That's right ol cheat is trying to grow into the monster category lol. Broke 200lbs last week fluctuating between 199-203 depending on day. Strength has gone up significantly deca is in full swing and eq is kicking in. Still got 14 more weeks to grow like a weed lol. My back lat is growing and delts are starting to really cap!

No you read that right 105!!!!!!! Now that means I put on 34,1 lbs in four days. You think it's ugly weight? No try again. I am still holding on to most of my definitions and I will send you photos by email so you can see for yourself. Yesterday I weighed inn at 102 and now one day after 105. I will not post pics here till it's time.

phil113kgSpeaking of being ready for the stage, take some time and go through some youtube videos to learn and mimic some of poses you see. Shawn Ray is a good example to learn from. Learn how to pose bro cause it makes a big difference. Now is the time to practice until you get perfection. Also give Flex Wheeler a good look. The judges love to see a good poser.

That's the one thing I want most! I been killin em in the gym twice a week now I have put some size on em from the ebc but have to be careful cuz my bad knees but def pushing anti the limit.

Macros 40/40/20 always increasing the cals to feed the new growth. I'm around 14-15 % BF. I don't have a scales now so I will weigh myself tomorrow. I'm sure it's around 235ish, maybe more. (I'm at the gf's parents for Easter) my cycle will be ending here shortly.
My weights in the gym increase by 5- 10 lbs, sometimes more every week. Depending the muscle group.
Yeh that's what my macros are around. But I keep loosing bf so I can't complain lol. I might change it around once my eq really goes into full effect try and bump up everything n switch it around.

BostonX2 It just doesnt work this way. Now I have seen someone that gained 23 pounds in 8 weeks...he started his run around 6%bf and again within 8 weeks was up 23 pounds. He thought the same thing..."oh look at me, this is all muscle, i still have abs" No, he was just lean but still blew up with water. When you are lean, the water retentions looks like solid muscle but it's not. Anyone experienced with juicing and bodybuilding knows this. Sure enough when it was all said and done he lost almost 15 pounds...of water!
