Cause i just ate 9 silces of wheat bread, 7 bars of protein, made two lean beef burgers, and a 2lb bag of almonds all with in an hr.... Damn weed does too much work

phil113kgYou have no idea what you are talking about. The GH gut you are referring to has to do with super high amounts of GH and insulin. Heavy amounts of food, my friend, has nothing to do with the protruding guts you see on stage.
lol yea its obviously from gh and the slin but after every inject of slin they eat massive amount of food and carbs

I don't get it. I have followed this advice for months now and although I am gaining muscle, my bodyfat keeps on going up and up and up. This is on less than 5000kcal. I am on Test/NPP. Train 4-6 times per week. 2-3 hours per session. Minimal cardio but I hit the weights hard and with high intensity. I actually now have had to reduce my food intake because I am getting a double chin. Oh, and I am a hardgainer and ectomorph. What is wrong here?
phil113kgI agree to a certain extent with what Hrdbygrrrl said. But I don't believe in overtraining if you are getting enough calories inn. Although you might want to consider the amount of cortisol you release when you do those long sessions as you do. You should know what that hormone does to the body. If not then look it up. I normally suggest using certain other compounds during bulking and cutting seasons to help aid in the uptake of food. What you are running isn't going to cut it. For "me" I would eat carbs before going to bed cause I can burn calories like a freight train. Some would put on undesired weight with this fashion. But eating a carb/protein meal before bed is a highly recommended advice for those who are interested in packing on weight. Plus something else that should be noted for anyone thinking of going on a bulker. Not only should you choose your compounds wisely but you need to start at a low BF %.

c. You are over training .. you are in the gym too long there is no reason for you to be there for two to three hours a session.
If you were an ecto your bf wouldn't rise.
Aging slows down metabolism.
Depends on the individual I guess. I'm the definition of an ecto. I eat EVERYTHING and still stay below 10% bf. my body is a furness. I can't get enough food

phil113kgIt's important to add a yolk in every shake cause your body needs it to fully digest the egg whites. Don't be scared of the yolks. They have good cholesterol as well as bad. But the whites are not fairly digestible without them.

I definitely will. Another thing I have tried is ground oats in my shakes. That is TOUGH to get down. Lol. I'll give It a shot. I'm getting 5k cals (most days) with 200 grams of protein and a LOT of carbs (I need them or I'll collapse after 2 hours). I'm holding steady now at 192lbs not gaining or losing and I'm at a gram of test per week. I've confirmed through blood work that my test is legit. My diet has to change. Sgtstedanko threw some ideas at me. Pretty good ones. I'm open to any advice. My goal is 8 more lbs at stay around 8% bf. I feel great. No denying that. I'm just not gaining any mass.
phil113kgWould like to know your whole cycle plan layout by PM if you don't mind. Just need a glimpse at what's going on with your status. It doesn't sound good that you can be on gear, eating tons of cals and not put on weight. Just not normal.

phil113kgYes I agree that it depends on the person's genetic makeup to a certain extent. But look what he's running and it should let you know why he's not producing the results that he wants. I believe you have to run the right compounds to get a certain result. You can't use the minimum and eat like a horse and expect to stay within the low digit body fat %.
That pisses me off!:P
I know I get full for a while when I eat scrambled eggs. For some reason they take up more mass in your stomach than hard boiled eggs, I can eat a bunch of hard boiled, but only 1/2 to 2/3 the amount of pan cooked eggs until I get stuffed.
