Oily sweat. Is it an accurate sign of good gear?

How accurate is oily sweat as a side effect of good gear? In other words, if you got bunk gear and pinned 8w of corn oil would you still get oily skin and sweat, or does the oily sweat happen because of some test e bodily conversion?

IMO The oily skin, followed by pimples comes from increased estrogen. As soon as I see pimples popping up I start the Arimidex at .25 e3d and they stop.
