Top end pro bodybuilders

ad

Not mentioning any names but just wondering about the best body builders in the business, would these guys run gear all year long at high dosages? Say for instance 1000mg test base all year long?

these guys run gear all year round.. test is just a small part of it. The compounds are always changing and shifting, doses are never kept the same all the time as the goal is to keep the body from adapting to the dosages. They run HGH, Insulin.. they use synthol, they use pain killers... some smoke weed to increase their appetites. Often they drop the test base and run high doses of other compounds. It is all about doing what it takes to get the body to grow. The number one factor though is genetic potential and ability to be responsive to the use of AAS.

I have heard some pros that cruise on 500mg test per week. I know some guys just use various drugs EQ, deca, tren, etc.. but just switch them out every 12-20 weeks or so. So they will use deca for 4 months then switch to EQ for half a year and so on.

Usually the switching of drugs causes less tolerance, or just is new growth. Some drugs promote muscle growth by strongly binding to androgen receptors, some have other growth mechanisms. (anadrol for example) So switching them out every so often is supposed to help keep gains coming.

I have no proof to back this up but I have heard that is what some guys do. Top level olympia guys I have no clue what they do lol. But what I explained is probably some of the lesser pros.

These days HGH, slin, peptides are extremely popular so I'm sure that is enough to keep most gains as long as they are on a decent amount of TRT test - 300-500mg per week.

IDK about 1gram year round though that seems pretty extreme

As several others have said, the gear really plays a small part. You have to have the genetics for it. Genetics that give you a naturally muscular build, higher natty levels, quicker ability to recover, etc.

For example, I played football with a guy that never used gear OR worked out. But I'll be damned if he wasn't 220lbs of pure ripped muscle. No joke. The guy never worked out and come max time he would crush everyone. He was just naturally jacked. Now imagine taking someone like that and putting them on a bodybuilders diet, a shit load of gear, etc.

Do body builders just use insulin before a show to help speed up the carb abosorption?

its a lot more than 1000mg's a week of testosterone. there are average guys in the gym who do that year round. its heavy doses of gh, tren, testosterone, insulin, igf, etc. its all part of the game at that level.

I would believe that many of them run at least test year round at least at a TRT level between cycles. You can't get an all encompassing answer for this. It's bodybuilding so obviosuly there is gear involved. How much and how often is completely dependent on the individual.

Some pros may over drug their bodies to get where they need to be. That's fighting genetics. Those guys crash and burn quick. Others have a more sensible approach because they have the right genetics for bodybuilding (muscle structure, insertion points, response to nutrition, response to anabolics).

There is this fascination on what top level bodybuilders use and how much of it they use. It's almost as if their genetics, training, and nutrition account for nothing in people's minds. It's only the drugs. Just like everyone, they all respond to different protocols in different ways. I'm sure some use a huge amount of gear and I'm sure others don't use nearly as much as people think.

I'm not sure but they probably use gh all year for sure and maybe they cycle test all year and cycle tren on and off
