Blast, cruise and hcg

Anybody any experience on blasting and cruise dosing, and what dosage of hcg and for what length if time to run the hcg on cruise, I'm thinking of cruising into my next bulk cycle to give myself a head start but still need to know pros and cons of this idea?

Bro I'm far from a pro but I'm on TRT, and blast and cruise, you see I don't look at it as a head start, because I'm replacing what I should have, so when I start a cycle like I recently did I kicked started with D-Bol .. As far as HCG my boys did shrink on TRT and HCG did blow them back up..500 IU a week split into two shots of 250 IU.. I recommend Dr. Crislers protocol on HCG.
