Is phen basically the same as ritalin? I ask because I have a shit storm of ritalin, my Dr kept sending it even though I was pregnant. Could I take that as a fat burner or am I asking for trouble?

No, it's not the same. Ritalin is an amphetamine and is about as addictive as you can get. Can you loose weight with it: yes, but at the risk of serious addiction and everything that comes with it. Phentermine is a weight loss drug that was used in the late 80's through early 90's, before the FDA took it off the market due to is possibly causing serious heart damage/problems. My advice would be to stay away from both. Lock down your diet (there are many post here that have great plans) and cardio. Stay healthy for the short and long term. Good luck.

Thanks. I Knew it was addictive, that's why I never abused it but it's good to know it's not the same kind of drug. I'm headed to the diet section, I hate to diet but sadly it's the only thing that works lol

One thing you could possibly do is cut naturally then when you feel you're ready, try some clen or even an OTC FST burner.

Honestly if you need diet help you can ask queen or myself. Our diets are on point and I've went to school for health science and nutrition, etc.

True story... But if you do opt for the Clen, you can't forget to take taurine. It'll make a big difference in managing the heart palpitations.

And supplement with potassium to aid with potential cramps.

Stick with clen, nothing wrong with use that by itself for the 1st time. Besides it will give you a good feel for how your body is effected by it. I DO NOT RECMEND DNP, especially to someone like you're self. No offense, it's just something that would be way overkill for you. Besides if you did the research on it, you would see the sides are harsh. Also T3 and T4 I'd stay away from, no reason for you to be messing with that until you become more experienced with more basic compounds.

This is just my two cents tho.

Clen... or Dexaprime. I'm actually a big fan of the Dex. The shakes are milder compared to clen, but it's still got some serious positive inotrope action (cardiac muscle contraction).

At what dose are you tapering into & out of your T3?
How many weeks will you run the T3?
What source did you use for the T3?
Are you taking Var to retain muscle?
From what I read T3 will burn threw everything.
My girl will be starting her first cycle of Var, 5mg ED first week then 10mg split in 2 doses on week 2. Then introduce T3 (third week) at 12.5mcg for 4 days, 25mcg the next 4days 50mcg the next 4 & 75mcg the next. Taper back off 50mcg,25mcg,12.5mcg.
