Shredding Cycle for summer 13'

Okay so i want to start pinning some Stanzolol and popping some vars, I want to shred up for summer and possibly compete. Ive never done anything aside of pro-hormones and test boosters. I'm currently 21 yrs old, i know I'm still a baby but my natty test levels are off the roof obviously. I don't really want to mess with any test yet even though vars raise test levels. My stats are : 21yrs old - 6'ft 2''in - 216lbs - BF% 12 - Bench Press max 245lbs- Squat max 405lbs (my legs are huge lol) umm any thing else just ask i guess. My diet is extremely on point - (+/- 2200 cals. a day - (100-140g of Carbs) - 70g or less of fats - (3-10g Sat. Fat) sat. fats usually come from coconut oil, nuts and a Met-RX meal replac. bar either or - Sodium below 2000mg - 300g of protein - Sugars are my enemy though I take Psyllium whole husk to balance out blood sugar levels but FUCK do I love me a low fat ice cream bar or cone LOL xD . I exercise daily mon-friday/ sat. 20min stair master, 20min abs and sunday I rest. Okay i broke down my stats so what do you people think about this, is my first time experimenting with AAS and i just need to break my BF % barrier i cant seem to go lower than 12, remember i dont want to lose to much muscle either so cardio is limited to 15mins mon-fri. Should i do it? or should i roll natty for a few more years?

What exactly do you mean? I mean everyone is telling me the same thing, the crowd gets what the crowd wants lol no I mean I realize everyone is trying to give me good advice and one thing I'm good at is listening. I pick at the brains in the gym all the time asking for advice and proper form.

just my 2¢ lil bro, you need to be consumin a lot more calories than 2,200 a day first of all. the advice guys have given you to peep vikings carb cutting plan is solid as shit too. i know you're trying to get body fat down further and im in the same boat homie, but you gotta eat more dude. 245 lb max bench at 210 lb body weight leaves something to be desired to put it lightly. that right there should tell you somethin aint quite right, especially because you can squat so god damn much lol! try eating more healthy fats to up the calorie intake and try hard to slash as many carbs as possible NO LATER than 6pm!!! healthy fats would be things like almonds, guacamole, peanut butter, whole eggs (no more than 3 a day tho!) poly and monounsaturated fats are our friends, in moderation of course. you're 21 brother, you can 100% no f-ing doubt about it gain lean clean muscle WHILE burning fat at the same time, but calories gotta come up and watch carb timing carefully - also look into carb cycling as advised in another post. lastly, 1 day a week off seems like not enough to me. diet, training, AND REST all go hand in hand. your rest days are when your body repairs and heals itself (when you grow!) personally, i lift no more than 5 days a week (i do 4 -chest/tris, back/bis, off, shoulders, legs, off, off) and get a day to rest inbetween those 5 days. other than that, you seem to have a really good head on your shoulders and listen well for someone your age, keep up the good work and ALWAYS keep researching to learn more and more. that search bar is my best friend, same with google's Smile

Thank you man, I found your reply helpful. Vikings carb cutting plan, I'll definitely look into that it sounds legit coming from a Viking lol no but I will though. It sucks being natty when you got a gym full of friends aka juice gorillas lol always doing something looking jacked and than saying "you should try this you'll get HUGEEE!!" Haha - but I always do my research before I take any supplements or anything for that fact. True that man google and Eroid forums help A LOT!

Currently doing Viking's cutting diet and that shit works, i'm increasing mass and burning fat at the same time, can't get better than that if you ask me. Look it up you wont be dissapointed or send unvle Viking a PM he can hook you up, you just have to pay him back with pics of the wife/girlfriend wearing black stockings nd you gtg ;)

How are your energy levels during the carb cycling? I wake up at 4am for work I need them carbs in the am for energy. I'll check it out though its worth the try, I always like to switch up things just so I don't get stuck on the same routine. No wife no gf, my grandma was very pretty in her primes though, you think he'll do for some saggy tits and a gut? Lol

man im in the same exact boat yo, i wake up for work right about the same time and NEED the carbs for energy while im there or else im terribly unproductive and draggin ass lol. im a superintendent for a general contractor too so i need to be on point and mentally sharp/alert ... with the carb restricted diet im out of it, so it works out much better for me to not consume any carbs minus whats in the skim milk i drink every morning until i get to the job site, then slow waaay down and almost cut them out altogether once i leave in midafternoon. while im there i stick with slow digesting carbs too, whole wheat bread and oats all the way. im right about the same weight give or take 2lbs for the last 2 weeks or so, and started my cycle 4 wks ago - my strength is still going up, so i know its not muscle im losing, rather gaining and instead losing fat so im well on my way to my goal. slow and steady lean muscle gains, same with fat loss is the name of my game, altho the fat loss could always be faster lol

I hear you bro I work at a gym as a sales man, I have to make phone calls every chance I get. I do low carbs as I mentioned above and I always catch my self falling asleep after a few calls lol sitting down at a desk doesn't help. Ever since this post I've reduced my carbs from 60-100g a day indulging in them fine slow carbs only in the morning. I also have my fat free milk or Greek plain yogurt w/ some blueberries and 2 dates. After 1 pm all carbs gradually stop, meaning I'll go home and eat a count of 15-20 pistachios that's about 1/4 of a cup - around there. How ever I'm taking ephedrine, it's been 3 days now and I find my work outs to be better since I'm able to take in more oxygen and breathe better so low carb-ing should not interrupt my energy levels as much now.

Energy levels are low ain't gonna lie. But when u wake up bigger and leaner everday is a win win situation if u ask me.

If you really enjoy having a liver then only one oral per cycle. I'm not telling you to do it, bit a lot of men do anavar only cycles and are pleased with the results. Anavar is the only one you can get away with doing solo and not eat as much shit for doing so. I would recomend to break your barrier carb cycling. I posted numerous sites that are free and all you do is plug in your numbers. And maybe mix your workout up, try doing 5x5 to get stronger while.carb cycling. As far as aas I would wait a couple years when your ready to do just a test only cycle. Just imo.

How many times have you taken phs? but either way looks like you didnt abuse them because you have a solid base and looks like it didnt effect your testosterone levels permanently. But here are a few articles that can help you shred up naturally for summer. And winstrol and Oxan would be an oral only cycle which is a no no for guys.

Did a PHS cycle of only one month finished it with test booster, it helped me boost my strength big time i was able to achieve 225lbs bench press and kept that weight ever since. Cool I'll check them out, i feel good Ive been working out for 2years and it'll be 3 on august lol yea i still remember when i started working out consistently. I dont want to fuck up my natural hormones I'd like to have a long lasting successful bodybuilding experience.

Yea no kidding!! i felt the sides for a good 2 months. That shit was.....shit lol even with the strength and gains it gave me. Yea man thanks my nutrition is good and my workouts are great also, Im always reading about nutrition and work out guides i always try to make every workout count by doing it the right form.

Oral only cycles are a no go. Sick to natty for a couple more years. If you can't cut with your "off the roof" natural testosterone then a cycle won't help you.

It would be Winstrol and Oxandrolone technically not just orals lol .. but yea i mean im 21 my test levels are peeking right now, i get hard every 3-4 times in the morning with out notice lol.. What would you suggest to an alternative to get shredded?

the compounds girls have to work with effectively and not have to worry about wicked (and disgustng imo) sides are extremely limited. they kinda gotta do the best they can with what they got ya feel me? girls dont stack compounds like we do yo, they dont need to worry about using test as a base either because they dont have libido loss without it due to their own natty test being shut down lol

Stay natural for a couple more years. If your Natural Testosterone Levels are off the roof as you stated, why mess with them in any sort of way and suppress them.

On another note, could you tell me how Var raises test?

As an anabolic steroid, oxandrolone increases your body's levels of testosterone, which enhances protein synthesis and encourages weight and muscle gain. Everyone keeps saying the same thing to stay natty i might as well listen, this is something i don't want to fuck up with.

Increased testosterone causes negative feed back. Your body sees too much test and decreases FSH and LSH production which lowers natural test. This is why var and winny are used in cycles that have a test base.

ok first go do some more research any steriod other than testosterone will shut down your natural test productions thats why test has to be the staple of any cycle because if its not than you get shut down so your facts are wrong second your to young gear does not shred you it might help but diet and training is what does it and third you want to take to orals at once bro you need to do way more research and come back in 4-5 years

agreed, too young for aas, youre doing well natty, keep it that way for now, if you wanna get shredded, diet and cardio should do the trick .. keep at it, keep researching and in a few more years revisit the idea of aas.

any steroid INCLUDING testosterone shuts down natty production homie ... test is the staple of every cycle because without it theres no natural sex hormones due to the hpta shutdown from aas being introduced into the body, which equals limp dick and no sex drive. the only form of aas which shuts you down HARDER THAN TEST (which you claim doesnt at all) are 19-nors (tren and deca)! before you get down on dude for not doing his research, maybe you should take a look in the mirror and do some more of your own bro, because its actually YOUR facts that are wrong. guys like you trying to give advice so confidently when you're misguided and flat out wrong (except for the diet and training part) is the blind leading the blind.
