hey cetic, i'm cutting myself for the spring, i've leaned down a few times before and i always follow the same programs as you. Weights first then cardio for 30 mins but i never do it more than 3 times a week. seems to me you are on the way to being ripped as long as you diet is tight.. use the sus it should still help you lean out nice. good luck post up the results

When i cut, i do the same thing as you. I do my resistance training then when im done i drink a protein shake and take some sort of carbs , then do my cardio min. Of 15 min. And as for diet i dont like doing no carbs, but rather lower your portions, that will lower your cals under your maintance level, granted you will loose some muscle but thats all part of cutting, unless youn can get some test p n var lol

I agree about skipping the "no carbs" dieting. I find that eating your more complex carbs like whole wheats is better early in the day (and important!) and that later in the day more simple carbs are better... fruits and some veggies, etc. Of course all bodies are different and this is just a lady's perspective.

I wouldn't recomend cardio, but if you did. I would do it at two seperate times. ONe do cardio once upon waking up on an empty stomach, very light... I nevre recomend cardio followed by weight training, you just worked hard to destroy your muscle, you dont need to be doing cardio, you need to be getting a meal in to replenish those muscle asap.

take in some bcaas towards the end of your weight training to prevent muscle wasting during cardio...especially while on a calorie deficient diet

ive always held that liquid, immediately available protein right after is the best. Makes your body work to get the protein as little as possible. Ive learned that 5 min of cardio BEFORE workout helps get heart rate up, then hit the weights BUT MOST IMPORTANTLY you gotta do lighter weight, higher reps, do it at almost an aerobics pace. Dont take long breaks in between sets or excercises, 1 min or less. KEEP THAT HEART RATE UP even thought you are doing weight lifting. That is what burns fat. Then I always have like a lunchbox with ice in the car, got my protein shake already mixed up in there. Good protein should come with BCAAs in it. I also add a little glutamine but you can be ok without it.

Also eating less isnt necessarily good. EAting medium sized meals all throughout the day (like 6 meals) works on your metabolism and the food converts more to nutrition instead of fat.

you got it bro. heart rate, keeping the body HOT. you should be sweating like a whore in church by mid workout. That burns fat. Best o luck.
