In my opinion there has to be a better way then openly firing back and forth especially for those that have LVL 1 or higher status. At least we should try to contact and correct through PM's before openly blasting. That is just an opinion I know it provides good entertainment for some but for newer guys they jump on the band wagon and start picking sides and throwing out accusations without evidence. Just my .02.
Or speak generally in your rants and don't call ppl out in the open. But pm and talk it out like men is still the way to go.

AnonDude... I'm a 51 year old guy. This douche at work who is younger and taller (I'm not a bully) started some shit and all I did was ask him if he wanted to step outside. He called the project manager at home and said he was going to call 911. All I ask is "Do you want to step outside?" I got written up and on 6 months probation can you believe that?
If that makes that punk shut his mouth then it would be worth it to me. Hell I bought a frappe the other day and this guy smarted off to me saying I didn't order one when it was on my receipt. I told the dude that if you don't give me my frappe then I'm coming in there. He got it pretty quick. I take my frappe seriously. Lol
