eating whatever
Hey guys. Few years ago I ran into ronni coleman and jay cutler at a body building show. I said to both of them. Guys im hoping to get an honest answer from u two. Also this was in a hallway at a highschool no one was around it was sweet dk why they were at this little local show tho but anyways. I say guys im taking whatever aas I was on at the time, I got great gains first month and a half now im always hungry ive tried doing the egg whites the rice 10oz meat this 15 oz of that I mean what do I do I want to bulk but yet stay lean. They looked at eachother and gave a couple laughs and jay says u no usually guys want to know about good routines for their arms or what to take to get huge fast and your one of the few to ask about diet. jay says im not going to bull shit you eat what u want. Im not saying eat fast food all day stick to your diet but dont be afraid to cheat. Now ronnie chimes in he says yeah if u want waffles with peanut butter go ahead if u want fried chicken instead of grilled go ahead kid you need to eat big to get big. Then jay says if ur still hungry after u ate 20min later your a damn pussy and eat u better eat like a pig and im being dead serious kid gear will help with the lean part but u better eat. Then we chatted a little more and went on our ways. So im just curious how many of you guys eat decent yet throw some shit in there. What are your thoughts.

This is absolutely true. I have a few buddies who compete locally, now of them is around.. 280@6% bf and he eats whatever he wants. He also says the real big guys don't cycle. They stay on constantly at high doses constantly. According to him, its the only way to get past a certain point. You want to lean out, up your doses. The amounts you can take are unlimited. But yeah, that's just what he says. Btw he's 45, been on 15 years straight and is in better health then anyone I know.
