Getting ready to order some whey. I'd like to get some input on the best protein for the dollar that you all have used.
Thanks.

Sure bro. Also Sam's club has a bag of 6 pounds of chicken breast(boneless) at the frozen foods department for 10 bucks. Can't beat that deal

For the dollar, Whey will always be the cheapest because it is the most popular, economy of scale. I like body fortress whey found at walmart. Its the cheapest whey I have found, it taste good and I get the same results from it as I do the more expensive protein powders.

Body fortress has to much sugar an fillers. You get what u pay for. Try amplified wheybolic extreme 60.

I guess my priorities are on price and the amount of protein per serving. I've had good results with BodyF

X2. 52 grams of protein for 2 scoops is not a bad deal. I love the strawberry flavor.

Same here I always get strawberry and blend it with fresh fruit. Cant beat it

Anyone follow you outta the bathroom lately? That crap smells so bad, it makes the toilet seat crack I have nightmares from the early 80's yet! Almost needed therapy.

Are you talking about real eggs or powder?
Have you ever added cooked eggs to a shake? I will not do raw.

Egg protein: I was around in the late 70's when milk and egg protein mixed together came out and iot was the hottest thing....for a while. EWveryone figured like I did that since eggs have the highest PER ratio of any protein, thats the way to go. It tasted like crap, gave you farts a dinosaur would run from and I remember taking a truckload of it on my 2nd cycle at age 22. Did nothing. I dont think its digestible. Whats funny is back then, Larry Scott couldnt get any size without regular mik no matter what else he ate, other guys(most) couldnt add size without beef. Never met a guy who added size with egg protein powder. But now they have all these 'branch chain amInos" ADDED to make it more digestable for your "wallet" so now you can pay an extra 15 or 20 per can for what I dont know. I like the choice of guys who put in the egg whites from a carton(its already pasteurized) mixed in with their whey protein and call it a day. I wish fish was still the "clean" protein it ued to be. Never gained anything from it,even when eating 4 cans a day back in my 20's. My concern with protein powder is : WHO IS WALMART REALLY BUYING IT FROM. I WOULD NOT WANT TO BUY ANYTHING FOR MY STOMACH THAT IS MADE IN CHINA. LEAD ISNT THAT GOOD FOR ADDING SIZE. LOL And I dont trust the labels because they often just tell you where its distributed from not mfg'ed at! Me? I go to my publix supermarket and but whey concentrate for $12 a pound. I dont trust Whey isolate too much.Google it .
