I battled with horrible back acne and even had some on my chest and arms for a while. It was not only painful but extremely embarrassing.
My advice would be to research some remedies prior to using accutnae due to how harsh it is on your liver and body (the stuff is no joke). And then If you don't have success with the at home remedies than go with a very light dose of accutane.
