Sustanon 250 by Prescription
ad
While looking up symptoms to 'engineer' a TRT script, I noticed that I really faced many of the symptoms. I went to GP, took the blood test, and damned if I was not at the lower end of normal for a 45-year old.
So, I have a valid prescription for Sustanon 250. Has anyone just done by the book (every third week) and had a boost in life? Does this move one to the top of the normal range? Or, do the testicles just shut down and then I still maintain at the low end?
Has anyone had improvement using once weekly? 250mg/1ml prescribed 1ml every three weeks.

Hi Shirlsguy
I'm in the UK and have been using prescription Sustanon 250 since 2002, following testicular cancer. My GP initially gave me a four-weekly injection! It was an absolute nightmare; after the first ten to 12 days I felt like crap. My GP decided to put me on 3-weekly jabs and said that 3-weekly was as far as he'd go. Because the literature says the sters stay active for up to 4 weeks, doctors automatically think there's loads in your system up to that point, which is wrong. As Roid Noid says, only some of the longer esters (undecanoate) stay in the system for, maybe, 28 days, but this is aminiscule amount of T.
Many doctors now precribe Sustanon 250 fortnightly as per the Guidelines for Androgen therapy. Your doc might be able to switch you too cypionate but it's likely he will underdose you on that too. E.g. give you a 150mg shot for two weeks. If he puts you on Enantate he will probably extend it to four weeks like my doc wanted to do before I got Sustanon.
The effects of TRT are cumulative and overtime you will notice many things improve: energy, stamina, mental clarity, confidence, less fat mass, more lean mass, better sex drive, improved sleep etc. I feel great after a jab for the first week or so but week three is a grind. So, I now self-inject and do mine every two weeks, totally awithout the docs say-so. I'm sick of uneducated doctors playing around with my hormones so I'd rather do it myself.
All the best. You can PM me at [email protected] if you have any questions.
shirlsguyOkay, so I took some advice and hit the breaks on this collision course. I don't feel horrible or anything and nothing of posted problems I have read about, of course I am only about ten-days since last jab. I naturally was never oily or irritable, so TRT seems really good for me. I have definitely noticed a general sense of well-being.
Going from low T to 250mg/week would definately improve your quality of life.
shirlsguyI could not wait three weeks for second jab; had the missus pin me yesterday and it was FINALLY what I expected. I had my first drink in two weeks so the cause is arguable, but I felt like superman! I feel sooooo good on this therapy, I really don't want it to end. I feel like legislatures are robbing us. TRT is fantastic. I want to pin again today... but I will be good. I don't take it for boners (still not getting them) I take it to relieve night sweats and that worked from day one. I just feel gooooooooood.
your doc is an idiot, I have no idea why they would script sust, its unstable and not the right ester for TRT. You should be running test-c, that is what they generally give you for TRT because it is stable, there is only one ester in it. you should also be pinning once a week for stability not every 3 weeks, the doc is probably going by the deconate ester in sust to gage when you should pin again. I would talk to him and tell him that you feel like your on a roller coaster and that you have been reading and test-c seems to be the solution.
Sust is not the issue, it was designed just for the role of trt - its test oil in a sustained preparation due to its 4 esters. It can be given 3 weeks, it works better for trt at the 2 week point. People on trt are not trying to build a bodybuilders physique, they require energy, libido, muscle gain, well being etc. Its about the patients tolerence and the levels of test/e2 to pre trt that are deciding factors on frequency, I know a few dudes that receive it between 2 to 3 weeks and everything seems fine. You have a good point though, bro as once every 2 or 3 weeks would certainly not be enough for me and clearly yourself.
shirlsguyCheers for this. You choose Test-c over Test-e? Where I was at last visit was difficult to even get something written; once the doctor even made a recommend, I shut up and took the script. I will mention like you stated above and see if I can get a change. I am certain I will have to supplement still.
