Shoulders b4 chest

ad

Just got done watching flex wheelers mass construction vd on you tube and noticed this f***in guy trained his shoulders like a beast and then went onto his chest workout that included a set of bb incline with 405lbs! Now there are some pro routines that i think are just stupid wether they work for the pro or not but this shoulders b4 chest i might give a try. Think about it destroy shoulders and then hit chest with zero shoulder assistance could this possible help build the chest even more forcing it to do exercises without shoulder assistance.,...I say this mostly because I unfortunately can only workout four days a week at the moment and this is possibly the answer what do my bros think!

No such thing as overtraining. Only under eating. I'm only going to get one off day a week. By "off day" I mean straight cardio. If your getting enough nutrients, sleep, and a proper cycle the only thing that can hold you back is work ethic and will. Your split only dictates your priority at the time.

I've actually done this before when I new I wasnt gonna be able to make it in the gym as many days that week as I'd like. Shoulders first, then chest, then tris on the same day. Really blasts my tris and I do notice better isolation in my pecs after hitting my shoulders. Not a good routine to run all the time, but in a time pinch it is pretty effective.

well have not tried it, but make sure if you exhaust and fatigue your shoulders right before a chest workout, don't expect to lift as heavy. Also be cautious to not get an injury

I like to mix it up but here's an example
do chest tris same day, back bis same day (because triceps are secondary muscle to chest workouts, and biceps are also secondary to back workouts)

it only makes sense to do biceps same day as back because when you are doing rows, pullups and pulldowns they are being worked

so heres a 3 day split

monday: Legs and shoulders
tuesday: off
wednesday: chest tris
thursday: off
friday: off
saturday: off
sunday: back biceps

or heres a 4 day split

mon - chest tris
tues - off
wed - back bis
thurs - legs
fri - off
sat - off
sunday - shoulders
