Cramping!

I had stupid bad muscle cramps all the time the last 3 weeks of my test p/e cycle. Any suggestions beside "get blood work done" which I will do if it happens again. Thanks members! Next cycle comin up!

I drink over 1 gallon of water/day. I tried eating 2 bananas/day for over a week... didn't help. It took 3 weeks of pct for it to be fully gone. Tried magnesium also with the bananas... nada.

I had the same problem, was prescribed a potassium supplement by my doctor and boom, im back. Apparently bananas don't always have enough potassium for us.

You might try a midol. That seems to work for my old lady.

you have done everything I would have suggested... the magnesium works for me ... and even if you think you are getting enough water drink more.. the only time I cramp is when I need more water!!! also what orals are you on this could be the problem as well ... I found that after a hard work out my muscles were not cramping but hurting from the insane pump from the dbol I was on, and from time to time my muscles would just contract for no reason other than they were inflamed with the blood flowing thru them...

AnonHave u ruled out the ai? Aromasin seems to be giving me cramps whenever i raise aromasin dosages
X2. Aromasin and winstrol both give me the same kind of cramping at higher or prolonged dosages.
Was taking adex... and started 7 weeks in... and dude you may have just really helped me out TTTHHHHAAAANNNKKK YOU! May not be positive but I'm pretty sure it has something to do with it. Maybe low est?

AnonWell i tries nurofen panadol even panadeine to stop mine bro i was wakin up in agony had to wake the mrs up just about everynight to help me stretch my calves out! My toes were getting stuck and all haha!! I took aspirin one night before bed and it stopped it all together! I take one every few days now and havnt had a painful cramp in weeks! Im not sure if it helped with bp or just thinned the blood enough for the muscle to retract but it worked! I just thought it was worth trying before u lowered ur ai and grew titties ;p
X3 on the aspirin also go give blood! I know it sounds crazy but it will help with blood pressure and cramping.
I like the advise +1... I'm going to try this aspirin at night!!!

AnonI like your thinking. I'm off right not but my cycle starts in 2 weeks. Test P/E, Bold Cyp, Aromasin, HCG, Clo/Nol basic. I will try the aspirin for sure if this occurs again. But I am using aro instead or adex so we will see!
