Lets talk pwo protein

ad

I am a huge fan of Optimum Nutrition gold standard whey and just finished off 2 tubs of the natural version (no artifical flavors or dies). I have never had a bad product from ON and their protein mixes extreamly easily which I like and it tells me its a quality product and it always taste great. Its a mixture of mostly isolate, then concentrate, and a small amount of hydrolyzed isolate and is 81.6% pure (regular gold standard) when comparing grams of protein to grams per scoop. Which is great especially when concidering the price but my question is does it really make a difference to use a so called "faster acting" 100% straite hydrolyzed isolate that would be say closer to 90% pure such as Dymatize iso 100? If you guys can suggest any other types of pwo protein supplements that might be better than what Ive been using let me know. The one that stood out to me so far was the dymatize iso 100.

Also wanted to see what you guys think about using dextrose with protein post workout. Does it really work? Ive been using roughfly 50 g of protein and 100 g of dextrose pwo mixed in WARM WATER. I put a few links below to see the exact protien supplements I mentioned.

I use ON gold standard and dextrose PWO and in my case I can tell a huge difference in recovery and lean gains compared to not using anything at all PWO. ON gold standard is the best bang for the buck IMHO.
