high blood pressure

im just shy of 2 weeks into my test prop only cycle 150mg eod. checked my blood pressure at walmart and it came back 141/94
it was about an hour and a half after my workout maybe that contributed? what do i do?

The bp machine in the stores are for average adults if you read them it says fob people with 9-13 inch arm if no the reading may come back wrong. My arm barely fits in the hole
My BP is generally in pre hypertension range off cycle and stage 1 hypertension on cycle. I have a monitor at home and this morning it read 170/60.... Highest its ever been I though shit I'm gunna stop my cycle today. But then 2hours later it had dropped 20 points to 150/55.. My BP tends to spike after coffee or after taking my vitamins/supps and off course after a workout.
Blood pressure fluctuates throughout the day and can be affected by many factors like stress and exercise. One high reading doesn't mean you have hypertension.
If you are concerned about your blood pressure, buy a monitor at a pharmacy and take your pressure regularly. It is much are cheaper than going to a doctor where you get only one reading.
tread-mLook to the bp sticky at the top. Long discussion and many benefits to bp. Definately quit smoking, its counter productive to everything you are trying to do here with your body. Its like taking a step forward and then nearly a full step back brother. Destroy's the one thing you need to be better for bp reasons, cardio. Its very easy to say but you have to do this, its as important as the kitchen work we preach to buildijg. One of the primary reasons for high bp on cycle is water retention, even if you can't see the retention. As water build through the body evrything in the body has less room, this tightens and constricts blood flow and raises bp. Drink nothing but water, plenty of it and get the salt out of your diet as much as you can. This means stay away from processed foods. Salt promotes the water retention and then the bp rises. Employ the use of your aromasin or adex in and out for several days to help if needed. Much safer than carrying water constantly if you are not getting it done with all the other things mentioned. Go look at the stickie, much to read and many good points.
Did you get it tested on one of those machines? Those aren't accurate for us with larger than normal arms. You need to have some one with some type of medical training test you either a doc, nurse or even a paramedic or emt-b. Also to get an accurate reading you should be at rest for about 30 min. Take 3 readings and average them out. I've found that my bp spikes immensely just for being active a little bit, but at rest it is perfectly fine.
2nd this. I got motivated one day at wal-mart and shoved my arm in one of those, It was a fight to squeeze it in there and then the machine couldn't inflate itself properly
I have slight blood pressure problems even when im not on cycle. I just control my diet like godovroids said "sodium cardio and caffine" will do the trick for sure. When im on cycle im still not having any problems with my bp.
O one question? Do you smoke or drink?
e92i smoke. since i got on though i've only been smoking 3-4 a day max

That was my BP when I was smoking (and not on Gear). I quitted, and my BP is 125-75 even on cycle.
I know it's hard to do, but you better quit smoking ASAP. High BP is not good, but the nicotine constrains arteries, so it's much more dangerous when you're on cycle and your cholesterol will be messed up.
Champix or Chantix is a very good aid to quit smokking. It helped me a lot. But expansive though.

when i quit smoking the same thing happened my bp went completely normal. but it took a few weeks. i think mainly due to the nicotine fiend.
Watch the sodium intake, up the cardio and remove any caffine. That should help lower it
DT-Swolemight have been higher due to the workout but that bp on cycle isn't too bad.
