AnonSorry to bust ur bubble but ur missing half the info, yes its true low to no carbs lead to breaking down of fats to kentone bodies to use as fuel for the brain, but ur body prefers glucose and it can make glucose with ur protiens it breaks it tdown to peptides then amino acids then amino acids enters glycolysis making glucose, so ull loose more muscle than fat on keto diets i learned this in nutrition and i was very surprised. Even wen u strave yes the body goes for fat first but way more protiens will get scarificed, meaning u loose more muscle weight than fat weight, another reason why the body does this is cuz ur heart uses fatty acid for every heart beat so ur body would rather save fat to keep ur heart beating. Keto diets should be done max 2weeks.
Before u go crazy saying im wrong blah blah look up all the info i stated on education websites, i got all this info from nutrtion class in college and anatomy 2 about the heart using fatty acids.

So what about practical application? How do ya'll feel training low carb? My personal experience is that my endurance seems to fade quickly when beginning a low carb phase, however, strength remains constant. The longer I remain low carb, my muscular endurance adapts and recovers. When I switch back to carbs watch out tho cause I will be bouncing off the fricken walls
At first I couldn't train w/ out carbs, but the more I got used to it the more I liked it. Completely fasted training in the morning is good to go for me as well, and really think is helps w/ leaning out.
leaning out for sure, low carb and intermittent fasting have been by far the most effective ways for me to lean out
