Is my diet good for a recomp?

My goals are to put on a little muscle but stay lean. I'll be using this for my upcoming cycle next month for EBC

well this is a bulking cycle, if u want to stay lean then drop the sugar and some of the carbs and add some steak, this diet your on right now will blow u up.

Lol its actually a modified version of my bulking diet. I removed almost 200 carbs. I gained 40lbs in 2 cycles from running this diet. I'm really lean I can see all my abs but the bottom ones are just an outline I want them to pop out like crazy.

I used to be a hardgainer. I have a fast metabolism and I am very active every day as well as I have hyperthyroid.

I tend to need to eat a LOT to gain. I am holding around 210 and 14%BF right now. As I run my cycle for this ebc I want to get to 225 and fat down to 9-11% basically lean enough to have my abs ripping out and extremely visible even from a distance.

I will see about replacing some of the sugars with protein. thanks

well if ur a hard gainer u should have no problem cutting

Looks like it has too much sugar in it unless you are an all out ecto is say switch at least two of the meals with grape juice to a complex carbs source

Ok thanks yea I am naturally an ecto. But I will change the drink. I just like grape juice lol. I NEVER drink anything but water, OJ, or grape juice

i dont know how your body reacts to it but for me thats a lot of sugar to put on lean clean mass
