Help! I ordered hcg premixed and it came in a 1ml vial.

I was expecting it to be premixed with bacterial water. there is only one mil og hcg 5000iu. do i need to mix it or is it mixed already. may seem like a stupid question but i was expecting alot more liquid as it is prmixed.

lol sorry guys but im a bit confused. i have watched videos saying that you add 4 ml of bac water. why is this? i would rather just workout the dose and take without adding more. is the advantage of adding more water just to make it easier to dose or is there more to it? eg would it be too pure if no more water added? plz help thanks
if you're using 1cc pins (1cc = 1ml) then 10 units in the pin is 500 iu's, and therefore you're injections would be 5 units to get the 250 iu's you want.
im planning on taking 250iu twice a week.

no its 1 ml liquid. As it claims to be premixed do i just devide 250 iu / 5000 iu = 40 then divide 40/ 1ml? i thought there would be more liquid? so i dont need to add bacterial water? i can just workout the dose and inject into the stomach fat
No1Ok then it is already mixed, so with 1ml bac water it should already have it should be 0.05 ml per 250 iu
could i just not add any water and inject 0.025 iu?

I would add another ml of bac water and then evey 2iu in slin pin is 1000iu might make it a little easyer to figure out you dosage
