TNE and the HPA Axis
ad
I've heard some conflicting information about TNE and the HPA axis. Some say that since the test w/o ester is in and out of your body so quickly, there is no effect on the HPA axis. Others say that some TNE preparations actually last in your body for 2 days and there is hard HPA shutdown. Any thoughts?

Bro, this is what I can say of my experience....when I'm back off cycle I need to try this again and retest, but I tried TNE on an intermittent basis maybe once a week last off cycle. NOTE: I did this after PCT and had fully recovered and was close to starting another cycle. Anyway, I took a blood test about couple of days after a TNE injection, my test levels were within range, but my LH and FSH levels were above range. Regardless, it indicates that I was not shut down at the time of test. Having said that, I don't think I would pin every day off cycle as then I'd be taking a chance of shutting down as there is a possibility your body is going to detect continued excess testosterone...then I'd basically be on cycle then
As I said, I will re-try this experiment again at the best time.
Bro this is exactly what I suspected would happen. I think it's possible to use TNE w/o any effects on the HPA axis, so long as you do things appropriately (don't use it too much).
Are LH and FSH levels always a good indicator of endogenous test and sperm production?
I wouldn't say w/o any effects...for all I know I was shutdown, albeit not for very long. Yes, at this point I'm inclined to go with your hunch. As I said, I would like to do some additional testing close to the next cycle. I'm guessing you might be able to get away with this as long as it's not too frequent and if you don't do this too long. The thing is, I'm not sure if you kept doing this for a long time you may have an instance where you don't recover naturally.
As far as LH and FSH levels are concerned, at least from my readings those are critical for test synthesis and sperm production...u don't have those u got nothing. You can check it out to see for yourself as well. And if you check your bloodwork during a cycle you'll see these are close to 0, that's how you'll see that you are shutdown.
I saw a study in horses that showed a test suspension being partly released over the course of a few days. You might want to run a search here. It was on this website. Not too long ago either. Are you considering running TNE while your off cycle ?
Wow, I read the article you just mentioned. Fascinating results. It seems the test powder in suspension that isn't fully dissolved takes longer for the body to absorb, because as the article states, in castrated horses testosterone is undetectable after 3 hours.
think i saw the same thing, something like there is a second peak around 27 hours
