+ 1 Prami- My experience so far and log for the duration of my cycle.
So I've read all sorts of horrible things about Prami all over various boards. Annnnd I've seen a bunch of great things about prami too. What I have seen is anyone actually log how they felt on it and their dosages, etc. So that's what I'm here to share. This initial post will cover my usage so far. I will update it periodically when I change dosages or notice side effects (good or bad). Ill also edit it to add links to articles I come across.
Here it goes. So far I have been on prami for one week. Started last Saturday night and my most recent dose was last night. I dose every night anywhere from 10-30 minutes before bed. Overall, I have been happy with the prami so far. It helps me go to sleep and I have lost very little sleep due to sides. I STRONGLY believe that his is due to how I have ramped my doses up. I have felt slightly nauseous every morning BUT as soon as I force myself to eat I feel fine.
Day 1: dosed .1 mgs. Felt fine before bed. Woke up a couple of times during the night but was able to go back to sleep quickly. Woke up pretty early and was not able to go back to sleep. (Only night I lost sleep due to sides, however, I strangely felt awake all day.)
Day 2-3: again dosed .1 mgs. Woke up a couple of times but was able to get a goodnights rest.
Days 4-5: dosed .2 mgs. Same sides as .1mg. Slept good, even when waking up a couple of times. Still a little nauseous in the morning but once I eat I'm all good.
Day 6-7: dosed .25 mgs. Still feeling good. Will probably stay at this dose tonight and then bump up to .3 mg. I will run that for 2-3 days and then bump it up again. Going to keep doing this until I hit .5mgs.
Update Jan 7: dosed .3 mgs last night. Woke up more than I have since I started the prami. Going to stay at .3 for a few days to give my body time to adjust and then move up to .4.
These are only my experiences and I hope someone can learn from them. Again, I strongly feel that I haven't suffered bad sides because I have been very slowly bumping my dose up. If anyone has any questions, please ask.
UPDATE 4 Feb: Been a while since I last updated. I've been on .5 mgs for about 3 weeks now. Sleep was very erratic for the first two weeks and has leveled out since then. HOWEVER, when I woke up I would feel fine which is very unusual for me. I'm usually very slow in the morning, especially if I don't get enough rest. I don't think I'm going to move up past .5 mgs because its working great at this dose.
Final Update (April 20): I cruised on .5 mgs for the duration of my cycle with no sides once I got used to this dose. I slept like a baby and woke up refreshed every morning. When I got towards the end I slowly ramped my dose down in this fashion: .5, .4, .3, .2, .1. I did each dose for 3 nights before moving down. This may have been a little cautious but I haven't felt any different or suffered any withdrawal symptoms.

I haven't read much about the bad sides Prami has. Since its got these "bad sides" why not use Caber?
Below is a link to another forum that has a thread with a ton of good info on prami.

To directly answer your question; I went with prami for the following reasons:
-caber is faked a lot, doesn't do very well in a liquid form.
-prami can boost GH
-prami enhances mood and libido
I know close to nothing about either. Never ran Tren or Deca yet so it hasn't been much of an interest but now its sparking some so I think I'll check this out and do some research.
I was talking to Cleyon about him using Prami. He had some good things to say as well. I'm really interested to try some Prami during my next cycle which will have Deca in it.
I've been very pleased with it so far and I haven't even really hit the sweet spot yet. From what I've read it takes about 14 days to have truly stable levels in your blood. Also the side effects I've been experiencing (waking up at night, mild nausea in the morning) only occur at low doses. That's another reason I wrote this. Prami has a wide range of side effects that are completely dependent on dose.
What's your cycle?
