Looking to get dry and hard with lower abb veins At Most. From experience that's around 7-8% bf for my body. I'm also needing to piss clean. This show is to support my friend and my girl in their very first shows and it's definitely on the fun tip, amateur style and not a professional contest where I would expect to be under 4% body fat

TronYou got to remember bro, on here when people see someone post a pic and tell us to "keep it positive" some guys might take it the wrong way thinking you are asking us to give you compliments. I figured that wasn't the case. I know what you mean by motivation and support. we all need that sometimes whether we admit it or not. And yeah, + 1 for the post and the humble attitude ;-)
Drop BF% to 12% and run a real cutter bro, maybe Prop, Mast, and winny... But whats your cycle history?
bigzigzagFrom what I've been told about these physique shows I need to come in hard dry but not veiny. I've also been told that it's really up to the judges if you come in to shredded for some reason there's a fine line between smooth hard and dry then shredded veiny and really really dry
bigzigzag10+ cycles some through doctors during my time fighting some through shady locks room deals. My body responds well to sust and thought I would try each individual test stacked to see what formulation works best. Prop is pretty low in sust from what I know and ending with a little extra seemed like a good idea. Bloat matters but getting really shredded under 8% not so much I def Cary a good amount of mass and would look to big in a physique show ya know?

Thats for sure no cutter! Look at other cutter cycle logs but imo drop bodyfat without gear with diet and cardio to about 14%

And I don't consider an 8% goal strictly a "cutter" My strength is número UNO then my weight then my piss being clean then my bf% I'm doing this show to support a friend whose doing his first and my girl who is also doing her first fun show def amateur status. Thanks for feedback. I told my uncle that I also have Winstrol on hand so saying that would you recommend maybe a different order in which to take these?

Well the most postive i will be is change the cycle. IMO you will not hit that gaol with that cycle. Even if your Diet is money.
Have you already bought this gear?
Do you have any other gear on hand?
Or would you like a differnt cycle write up from Uncle Zewi?
bigzigzagThanks uncle lol. My diet will get me there and I have this gear already. Def up to any suggestions on a different approach with the same gear that could have my piss clean by June-July ish. I do have 10ml of whinny and maybe should end with that? Your not like my dirty uncle are you?
bigzigzagThis is not a BB cut and my body responds fine to similar. The bloat is a little concerning but with the amounts (pretty low) and my nutrition which in all honesty we know is 90% of results. Keep in mind I'm not trying to come in veiny instead dry with good symmetry. I will post pictures. I've had guys drop 20 lbs in a day pre fight and these goals are def not out of the question. 35lbs. In 5-6 months.
I'm thinking uncle Zewi is gonna have to give em the rundown on a proper cutting cycle
