Probably been posted a million times but anyway!
I am in my 9th week of a 250mg PW test e cycle and have taken 0.25 of adex EOD throughout. Noticed today that the actual teats of my nipples are starting to protrude and swell very slightly. No itching or pain or hardness behind. Should I increae my AI?

250mg/week, and puff nipp. if it was me, i would drop the cycle and take Al and pct maybe a short run of letro, no cycle is worth gyno, especially one w/250 mg a week

First injectable AAS cycle though I have done a few PH cycles in the past and never had any kind of gyno so as far as i know i am not prone, but tbh the PHs were considered "mild" options
Current cycle
250mg per week Alpha Pharma Test e (1 jab a week)
0.25 adex EOD
12 week cycle (toying with idea of test prop taper for weeks 13/14 then PCT)
Clomid/Nolva standard 4 week protocol
What other stats are useful?

1jakd_hipyRunning 250 a week is your first problem. Only injecting 1 a week is your second. Bump it up to 500 a week and split injections. Mon/thurs
I dont want to sound funny but if i was experiencing estrogen sides how would doubling the dose of test help?
Also, as i understand it, with it being a long ester wont i be messing around with my levels a bit causing more probs.
I thought lots of people only jabbed once a week with long esters?
1jakd_hipyYour blood serum levels are less stable with 1x week. Less stable levels equal sides. When I cruise I have to pin every 5th day to keep sides down. Also, running Test at barely 2x natural levels isn't worth the risk of sides hence why I said bump it up. I find it hard to believe with legit Adex you're getting sides at .25 EOD. I'm running 3x as much test and 600of EQ and dose my Adex at .25 e3d. Now everyone is different but that low of a dose .25EOD should be more than enough to prevent sides. If you don't have Letro on hand get some and take til nipples subside, shouldn't take more than a week

1jakd_hipyNope. You need Letro to shutdown the Estrogen production as it can lead to other issues as well. Nolva just prevents it from attaching, so save it for your PCT. you could also try switching the AI to Aromasin as your body may react to it better and no Estrogen rebound
if i can source some aromasin quickly, how would you recommend changing over and at what dose? I believe they have diff half lifes?
1jakd_hipyAromasin has a shorter half life. You can just switch over and run it at 12.5mg ED but definitely do a short run of Letro to get those estrogen sides in check. Also if you like the aromasin you can run the PCT CDADDY posted. Just use the search bar and it should pop up

Would i justr follow a standard letro dose tapering up to 2.5mg or could i get away with a lower dose? Will being on test minimise any libido side effects from th letro?

1jakd_hipyWithout a hormone panel I can't say for certain but it sounds like its pretty mild I would try 1mg a day. You shouldn't have any libido sides. And no worries bro that's what this site is for
Anonwe can make all the recommendations in the world for you here, but you gotta ask yourself: 'do you want to go the trial and error route for this?'
if it's feasible for you to do, go to privatemedlabs.com and order a female hormone panel. the cost is only $60 and we can get a look at not only your e2 levels, but other factors as well. from here, we know what needs to be tweaked and can eliminate most of the trial an error for you.
Yeah, as already stated...up it to .5mg EOD. See how your joints feel and all after that though, as adex has a tendency to really dry you out and give you creaky/squeaky joints. Look into asin next time, it's a better AI IMO. As for a letro protocol while on cycle or off, I can lead you in the right direction if you're interested. ALSO...it is very useful to always have some bloods taken to see where your estro levels are at pre/during/post cycles, FYI...and then adjust from there
yes double your dose, and get Letro just in case the AI doesnt help. Im not sure what the dose is for Letro but you can find on the forums for sure. Good Luck
