I saw this on tv a while ago and I wonder how many people actually already know this and for those that don't, enjoy. It's pretty cool and works well.

Anonwell I still do it the old fashioned way, but that seems pretty slick.
You want to make your scrambled eggs nice and fluffy ? Add one or two extra yolks.
Ya I crack egg Toss yolk back n forth in 2 eggshell 1/2's, but I eat 12 at a time. That method is fine if ur just makin a couple eggs but I think it would be more of a mess eating 12 like I do? I make my eggs omelette style even if it has nothing in it. I cut in half stack on top of each other this way it takes a lot less room on the plate.
AnonIm the same, and yeah a big plate of eggs is great. I cant take them straight though I need some onions or peppers in there. Try like I said and add two or three more yolks to your 12 egg omlette.
Wisk in a little milk and it will make them more fluffy also.
Anonyup I do that.
A great combo for me has been chopped green onion, cilantro, and a few dashes of tabasco in a big plate of scramble.
Now you can make a "mooorang"
