Delt injection is getting me nuts !
First of all i am sorry for too much posts that i have done in last days , but these are questions that are making me nuts !
I really wanna go for delt injection but every time i look at my shoulder i can find hardly any part that vein doesnt run over it !
What is the worst that can happen if i hit vein and pass vein to muscle ...
I tried to test and put needle in my shoulder without any injection, however i couldn't handle to aspirate .It was so hard and my hand couldn't reach needle ! I used 25 x 1 for it and i could put needle till middle of it easily however i felt in middle there is something hard which i didn't push further and when i pull it out there was little bit bleeding,, And it was kind of very dark blood ! weird ..
I really wanna inject to delts any suggestion to clear me up!

Depending on how much oil you're pushing, you may want to consider slin pins for delts. I was using 25 or 27 G 5/8's for delts for awhile. I found that a "quick" poke with a back loaded insulin pin leaves me with virtually no pip and gets the job done. A little blood after a pin isn't the biggest deal in the world bro. So long as you aren't gushin' after you pull out you're fine.

man up.lol it's a lot easier than you think. I went to delt injections because it was harder for me to twist around and do glute shots. what till you try other muscles.... lats pecs bi's tri's. that's as far as I have gone but will do more next time;) once you do it you will be like "what that was it." good luck.
castroajMan it's not about being man up , it's because I can't reach my hand to needle I have very huge back and shoulder so it makes it very hard for me to aspirate specially
I fill you. I push my elbow against the wall or countertop that brings my arm round far enough to aspirate. if I push hard enough I can reach my rear delt from the top.
Try pm option to ask questions to ppl you trust if you want to avoid so many posts
Left arm/delt shot. Reach left arm to right pocket. Push hip against sink n hold arm. Relax left.delt. Pin...use stab motion....use thumbnail to aspirate. Good? Then plunger it.

if they are and you still hit a vein no matter what, then delts aren't for you.
That hard thing you felt was the muscle. Thats what you want, once you get to the muscle it will be stiff until it goes in. Bleeding is normal, nothing to worry about.

np bud let us know how it goes. Spotinjections.com is helpful. I also youtube'd some videos and watched that shit. What I do it make a V with my index finger and middle finger. Put that V right over the round part of your shoulder where it connects to the arm. Inject right in the middle of that V. You can feel the stretch of muscle that connects shoulder to arm.

Veins are not a big deal. A little blood when you pull the needle out that is all. Veins tend to stick by the skin so once the needle goes in it passes the veins. Artery is what you want to watch, but if you do delt in the correct spot no worries
