So Im cured ???? what happaned?
Been on trt for 2 years. 1 cc every two weeks. 47 years old. Lost over 60 lbs and felt great. THEN I started feeling like a woman . I went to a new Endo My old one is 70 and does almost no tests. New one - Test was over 2000 free test 60? I believe and estridol was thru the roof. She uses the saying we have to cool you off. 2 weeks no shot still way high 4 weks no shot 900 6 weeks she says normal and estridol is close to normal free test still a little high. That was todays office visit. I go back in 3 weeks for one more test. before Trt tested at 60 and 170 total. So what happened ? She said no shots your normal now. BTW 6 weeks no shots and yes morning wood, good libido ect. Had two Pituitary scans both normal and lh lhs and growth hormone all normal now. I admit I take WAY better care of myself then In used too. The estridol was thru the roof and was why I went to see her. No restart ect just did it on its own. Im lost.

GearofWarThe weight loss is a VERY LARGE part of the change, I'm sure. Have you changed any medications(started/stopped) since you've been on TRT, because that could also be another large factor. Well, it's good to know you're "cured" though, hope it works out for you.
WOW Strange. Somehow the extra T must have made your body restart its own production, I've never heard anything like it before. How did your endo explain it or was she surprised too? Where you taking anything else like HCG?
Anonmy .02 - take matters into your own hands bro. even in these doctors hands your hormonal balance is throwed.. if you're okay with the dosage and feeling of wellbeing, stick with it. personally, i would inject at least once a week at a minimum for your case. add an AI to the mix. i like aromasin. it will help you get grips on your estro levels by inhibiting conversion of test. furthermore, it will aide in increasing free test as well as improving fsh and lh levels. aromasin can be dosed at 12.5mg eod for starters. then see where your levels are on your next blood test. if you need to adjust, you can do it from there up or down or from eod to ed.

No Gyno but felt like ...... well crying and then I got pissed off. She said is was very high. For whatever reason she doesnt say nbrs but I did see the test levels over 2000 and free test over 60? On 1 cc every two weeks. She wants me to take levels again in 3 weeks. It surprised her too. Thats why they sent me for pituitary scan. For the two years I was on I loved the feeling and my wife is Very happy about it all. I was on 3 blood press meds but after weight loss Im on 1/2 of one that I was on. When I lost the weight I increased my strength a bunch. So I figure I lost fat and gained muscle. Anyway Ive never heard of this but the Endo has. Its my second Pituitary scan so i think they believe it was a pituitary problem to begin with. Anyway well see what levels are in 3 weeks. i really dont want to stop the test I love it but have to keep Estridol under controll. Ill order some aromasin when all settles out.
AnonAsk your endo what her thoughts are on exemstane (aromasin) in terms of controlling aromatization (test conversion to estrogen) as well as promoting increased levels of LH and FSH. See what she says. If she doesn't give you a straight answer or disagrees, tell her you were reading some scholarly articles online which displayed evidence of this. I say this bc, if she doesn't side with you, it will most likely be bc she is unfamiliar with the studies and findings. May encourage her to validate those statements. I believe this will get you where you need to be, unless you're having problems with pituitary gland.
