Back in my day we bought weed by the “finger” not the gram. If the standard sandwich baggie was 2 fingers thick; it was a 2 finger bag, or as it was later called, a dime bag. As the hippies died out and the yuppies took over, everything converted to grams… but I digress.
The best bag of weed would be measured as the one with the least amount of stems and seeds…
Now all of that has to be rethought, the best bag could very well be the one with the most seeds.

I haven't bought a bag in years. When I was young I was looking for those big plump fresh seeds... to plant them in random spots around town. As the years went on, the weed got better, the seeds got more scarce. The best pot is produced when the males are separated from the females, the fems make the best bud without making any seeds.
Oh, you were referring to nutrition... I wouldn't know how to get seeds nowadays without buying a huge bag of weed from Mexico. Seeds for growing are available online, but way to expensive to just eat them. I'll be able to grow here legally soon enough.
