Anyone that posts any sort of advice in this thread is very unwise. Have your friend talk to a doctor. PERIOD.

400 lbs screams thyroid problems to me.. Has he had his thyroid checked out? If it comes up low they would prescribe t3 or something similar for him which will all around make him feel better and aid in fat loss and muscle gain. With his health the way it is I do NOT advise him taking that stuff without a doctor prescribing it because it could really hurt him if not done correctly in that condition

I think thats a great idea for him to get his thyroid checked but i had the understanding that t3/t4 has muscule wasting properties

OmNom's picture

To much sure but to little also has muscle wasting properties.. and makes you fat as hell.. plus lethargy.. all around no fun man.. Def something he should get checked, this weight could be the death of him ya know

There is no other option other than surgery for them puppies!!!!! But what about sumthing he could take to aid in fat loss/muscle gain with his health problems i know a cycle is outta tha question but what are ur thoughts on a hcg blast while taking a mild AI and taking nolva and clomid after if needed wouldnt that raise his test natty level to a decent amount im sry if that sounds like a stupid question i just have no idea what to tell him in his situation :/

A friend of mine who had Crohn's disease, and a hole in his heart. I knew an Orthopedic Surgeon who used to work for the Vikings back in the day. He put him in contact with an endocrinologist who still dose consulting work for professional athletes. He was very familiar with AAS and cycling. He had particular experience with cancer patients, aging athletes, and arthritic patients who had used AAS. He advised him through a in person consultation, but the downside is they normally charge by the hour during consultation. One hour should be enough, but he charged nearly as much as a Vegas Call girl.

Anyway search for an endocrinologist who consults with any of the major sports organizations. Hell maybe even consultants for the olympics. You could probably even call out of the country to Germany, and fax them the medical records. If you can't find a Dr. on your own ask your doctor how he could get in contact with an endocrinologist familiar with AAS. Dr.'s have a huge circle of contacts. Someone is bound to know someone who can help, and tell you the best thing to do.
