Was 205 & 8%bf.. Having fun n broke both elbows. 2 months couldnt even hold my own Coffee, body went to hell. Rehab with 5lb weight for 3Weeks and jumped into the ebc bulker. Dropped 12lbs...up 15lbs solid. So hope during this cutter i finally get the fat off and then get back up to over 200 for summer.

Mid April. Lol! Doctor released me end of just to do rehab. Started pressing 3 Weeks later. Couldn't do my 375 but 280 didnt hurt....Shrap n Gorillafit got me jazzed to rehab with ebc. So...ya...15 Weeks later from ebc bulker and feeling good! Still 15lbs light but I'll get it back ;)
Anonkalpa is a good start.... and i would jump on gh.... it drops bf real well
Gh is in the near future. I keep reviewing Treads forums and at my age its getting to be a good thing to use.
