AnonTop notch in customer service for me...poor Grrll has had me cancel 2 orders on her due to some odd bs, but I'm still chompin at the bit to give their gear a go!
AnonLet me clarify that last comment...all of the odd bs was all on my side....grrl did everything she could to help me and her customer svc is stellar! I give it 3-4 wks before kodiak is in the top 7
You have canceled orders twice due to your money not being picked up imediately. But unfortunately, we have to do pickups in a way that is efficiient, which means we cant drive 100+ miles to pick up a payment or two. But I can tell you it's well wort the extra day or two wait.
