Cycle for a long time training partner of mine

This cycle is not for me as you all know im already on a cycle but my buddy who i train with is debating between three cycles so ill post his info here and get your thoughts.
His stats/info:
Age: 34
Height:5"3
Weight: 180lbs
Bodyfat: 8% (clear six pack without flexing and crazy vascularity) also calipers showed 7%.
Has 6 cycles under his belt
****his goals are maintain 8% bodyfat and gain 7-10lbs of muscle***
His three planned cycles for his goals:
Cycle 1:
week 1-16 test e 250mg everyweek
Week1-16 primo e 600-800mg everyweek
Week 1-6 tbol 60mg everyday
Week 16-18 test p 75mg everyday
Cycle 2:
Week 1-12 800-1g test e
Week 1-6 tbol 60mg everyday
Week 12-14 test p 75mg everyday
Cycle 3(hes not sure about dosing as him nor me are familiar with 1test)
week 1-12 test e 300mg everyday
Week 1-12 1test 600mg everysay
Week 1-6 tbol 60mg everyday
Week 12-14 test p 75mg everyday

for his goals and cycle experience I would run cycle 1 but replace the primo with EQ @800 to a gram a week. no need to spend that much on primo at 6 cycles unless he is really dialed in on diet.

Cycle 1 is his best bet. Tbol kick start and primo at 600mg is perfect. 800mg of primo does not yield more dramatic results as say 400mg to 600mg. All you are doing is pissing your money away IMO. He wants lean solid gains judging by what you have said so here is my cycle for him.
Week 1-4 test e 600mg/w
Week 1-6 tbol 60mg/d
Week 1-14 primo 600mg/w
Week 5-16 test e 250mg/w
Week 17-18 prop taper and then pct.

Whatever he runs be a friend and just shoot him in the face if he runs this:

That's 6 grams of test and 1test combined.

if hes got that many cycles under his belt, only he can make an educated decision on what he wants to do. no one heres recommendation is going to be any better than his own, since at this point he knows how he reacts to certain compounds, and what he wants to gain outta his next cycle.

Ok and if funds dnt cut it would 2nd or 3rd cycle be ok? 2nd cycle with lots of ai to keep bloat down

Cycle 1 is the most sensible with primo @ 600. Find high quality/real primo because many are just masteron

Do you think his goal is reasonible? No fat gain and only muscle....also if cycle 1 doesnt work what would you reccomend feel free to post ur own cycle as man bro. Only reason for maybe opting out 1st cycle is if his funds dnt cut it.

Primo alone if real is $500+. Not gaining fat BUT gaining weight is possible. Unsure bout 15....but gaining 5 + of pure quality while keeping lean is reasonable. Food dictates all goals.
1-4 prop 150eod
1-10 test e 600
1-10 mast e 600
Then
11-16 test e 350
11-16 mast e 600
Prop taper 100eod

If funds allow add mast prop in kicker @100....& taper @150. Can add var 8-16 60-80/day split thru day.

The high test in beginning to add muscle bulk. The switch to lower test to let mast e harden, cut. Eat good during first part for mass then lean with carb manipulation and cardio.

He doesnt like mast much man, he ran it his last cycle 200mg mast p everyday and it made his sex drive crazy but thats it.

That is true prop/var would be nice. Also why not cycle 2? With an ai keep bloat down and yea. I lno optimal cycle for no fat gain and lean muscle is tren/test but hes not ready yet and i agree. Not sure with him but atleast for most ppl it seems the only compound they can eat like a beast and stay semi lean is tren. With other compounds if they eat in amounts were fat gain is non apperant then they dnt gain anything
